When does Cal start feeling some heat?

His past success buys him one bad season. As rough as it will be for fans, we are going to have to ride this season out. Another season like this and his seat will be so hot he won’t be able to sit in it.

His bad season was losing in the first round of the NIT, at HOME, immediately after winning his only championship.

This season so far is a mockery to organized sport.

I’m probably the biggest Cal fan on this group, but in my opinion if next year is this bad too, he will for sure be gone. And rightfully so! I have a feeling he will leave after this year tho.

We're fielding boys just a few months out of high school, one, our PG, who should be a senior in high school, and putting them up against teams that have experienced players who actually run an offense. You can throw out the number of stars beside each players' name, because it simply doesn't matter.

I've said it for a while now, Cal is a below average X's and O's coach. Couple that with the fact we have 18 year olds who consider this a pit stop to the NBA, and the fact that we, for whatever illogical reason, don't run any type of organized offense, and this is the end result.

Before, we were getting the cream of the crop, WITH GUYS WHO COULD AT LEAST SHOOT THE DAMN BALL; now we're not getting the elite guys, and we aren't getting anyone who can shoot worth a damn.

The system is broken. Cal is a competitor and MAYBE he will come to realize that he MUST make changes, from top to bottom, else the fans will revolt.

We don't play basketball, we play street ball, and I'm sick of it, and getting blown out, at home, is inexcusable.

Could one of you geniuses tell me a better coach that is willing to come here? Can’t think of one, especially when they know they will have to put up with this *ish.

Worst bench coach I've ever seen at UK with the exception of BCG. What was that last play? The best we can come up with is a baseline jumper?

He got out coached in this game. The only thing that helped in this game was the defense in 2nd half. We need to quite taking so many 3 point shots as this team is a bad shooting team.

Cal will never feel year from the AD. Now the fans are a different story.

I’d say two more years of having average to just above average teams will force him to leave on his own. I think he will leave before the fan bases completely turns on him.

Should start today. Flat out unacceptable. How do you field a team with no good shooters? All the talent we bring in but not one guy can hit a 3? How is that possible?
Yeah our shooting is abysmal. Have been really disappointed in Boston. He’s been a dud all season long. Like I said earlier, he couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat, AND he’s getting his fair share of attempts.

$25m buyout

If it doesn't get turned around Mitch is hoping the fans will do what he can't

Bottom line, he’s here long as he wants to be. If you don’t like it, maybe you aren’t KY material and just just move on. Rest of us have a team to support

Lack of $$ makes one feel the heat. Only thing that does. Cal speaks $$$.
