I've never had any other Username. I started whenever the CatsPause website started a message board. Don't remember when that was ... early- to mid-'90s maybe ... ???

I initially joined in December of '06, after Sparks finished off Louisville 1-2-3, but didn't post much and don't remember my original account name. I started this account the day after UK lost to Marquette in the opening round of the '08 NCAA tournament so I likely returned to join in on bashing Coach Gillispie.

Did anyone else here ever post in any college basketball newsgroups, like alt.sports.basketball.college or alt.sports.basketball.sec, circa 1996-2001? I posted in newsgroups a lot back then, particularly when Pitino bailed for Boston, but I don't recall any of it very well.

Same for me, Wildcat Chat mid 90’s.

One year I think late 90’s, when Matt Jones was just down the road at Duke law school, he had a fantasy college basketball league, so I joined and kept the stats for that.
Same with me... came with Babs, BluClrThru,JustWar and several others from the AOL board... and on and on...😀

Started posting first back in 1986 on my Vic 20, hooked up to my television (which was a floor model with rotary knob). Not sure my posts went anywhere, or were seen by anyone else, but i was doing it. Biggest topic for me back then was of course Rex Chapman.
Really? I did something similar on my TI-994A, my CoCo II, Commodore 64 and my Apple II. The Timex Sinclair just wouldn't cut it. Yeah, I still have these things, believe it or not.

I found this site in 1998. I was 15 and I was flabbergasted. I knew I’d found something incredible. We didn’t have internet in my house so I’d run to the library a couple times a week to check it out. I was a lurker for a while but joined after a couple years, probably around 2000. I think my username was bratwurstsalad at the time. (Yeah……I was 15) Somewhere in there I lost a password it something and created this one.

In retrospect, I’m glad I’m not still known as “bratwurstsalad.”

In the 90’s, think the board was Kentucky Sports Report then…but not totally sure. Always had the same name, have never changed it. Rarely post, but have always checked in daily to follow the chaos. And the BBN info, of course.

Gosh, it’s been so long ago, I don’t recall when I started exactly. Only ever had one handle. It’s been funny watching people see me in every mirror but there has only ever been one me.

After he left Insiders I think he was writing a little for USA Today. Lost track after that. Not sure now. Would like to know myself.
I think this is him pictured with his partner. Goes by his full name and has written some novels and children books. PS. This is him. I know somebody who knows him. Said he is doing well.

I joined a board during the last year of TLT and stayed through the 1st year of Mr Memo of understanding. I have no idea what the board was named. There was a poster there that went by stringmusic that seemed popular.

I started back here when billions site went down. That website had a link for this one.

I was on Wildcat Nation, I think it was called? Or it may have been this site, back before the switch. I read both, but posted on one. I forget which was which, or what my name was. That was a long time ago. I got busy with career and family stuff and took a long break from online nonsense.

Started on Wildcatchat board during the 90’s and have continued through many changes. I remember the Wildcatfaithful board, as well and recognize the user names on that sample. Joined during the Tubby Smith years. I have kept the same name throughout. Bret Bearup was a frequent visitor on the boards when I first joined.

Since 94 in the beginning it was a dial-up AOL thing. I've always kept this my real name. Somewhere along the line in this forum I lost all bunch of posts probably 4 or 5,000

Sometime in the mid 90s

Was TLS and had over 10K posts. Was banned after an argument with one of the elites. Instead of waiting 7 days started up no_neutrality with another 10k+ posts.

Something happened to that ID. Never understood the screw-up but it became some long generated ID that was a pain to use so I now have this one.

Rainman ran the board when I first started.

I have been on here well not catsillustrated since the late 90's.. I don't remember the name I first started out with.. I was a regular reader when I was home but didn't join for a year maybe less.. I can't remember my first user name, I have had 3 different names over the years. I was on the road back then and my wife would read the pages for me.. I have been in LA many times while she was reading to me..
My second user name was a name I picked out from a name the drivers named my wife when we lived in Sharonville. Oh.. WickedWanda.. lol I had that and my computer crashed and I lost all my info.. Forgot my password so I now have this name.. I am a paying member but like reading all the different pages..
I am now retired and also disabled so I have lots of time to talk.. I also watch a lot of TV.. lol.. I hate being home all the time I was used to being on the road 3-6 weeks at a time.. Boring being home, I loved traveling all across this beautiful country we live in.. What a great country, I wish everyone could travel this country like I have and see all the beautiful places I have seen..

I started back in the mid-90s, don't remember the name of the board then. Been thru all the different versions. I was I think just Weasel then. When I moved to NC in '99 I changed computers too and opened a new account as NCWeasel.

Matt Jones was Mag52 or something like that when he was over at Duke as I recall.

I started posting when the print Cat’s Pause started advertising for superwildcat.com. Never forget, no matter what they do with the IP, this board is the Cat’s Pause message board.

So 1998-99ish.
Always had this handle and that board eventually morphed into this one back in 2002.

I've been around so long I remember that @Jeff Drummond STARTED here with this group, tried to leave with others to go to Scout(?), then somehow wound up back home after a very long time.
I came here when I bought my first PC, Was a Cat's Pause print reader. Late 80s early 90s. I changed names tho.

Started on old board in 1999. Posted for a few years under MonsterMash screen name. I think Jeff Drummond was running it, but I also remember a woman running it too IIRC.

I quit posting for no particular reason and just started back up few years ago.

My earliest memories are the Darius Rice recruitment and some whacko named Katman2000.

He’s still here. He’s Ed232323 or whatever. Either him or Ryan or someone from his minion ghetto.

Started while in Iraq, late 2004. Same name I believe
If I may ask, what part of Iraq? I was at Ramadi during winter/spring of 2004. Camp Blue Diamond. If you Google it, the first two pictures is where we were. We lived in that blown out palace.

Around the time Cal came here. Used to be KYtotheCore. Was swept up in some bizarre ban on another rivals board that I had no involvement in whatsoever ever - in fact I was oblivious to what the offenses were to those involved - and didn’t have any other choice but to reincarnate.
