Vandy is plenty good enough to beat us. They were competitive with UGA yesterday until mid 3rd / early 4th.

1. We need to stop saying "if" we can stay healthy because we're not going to be healthy. If anything, things will continue to get worse in this department throughout the year

2. We need to stop saying "if" our O line plays well because it's not going to play well against the SEC

3. Our roster truly is the most razor thin in the entire conference. When we've got our guys, we can compete with all but 2-3 teams in this league. When we're hurt, we could lose to anyone and that includes Vandy.

We'll be fortunate to get to 6-6

If KT plays in all 12 games, or even at least 9 or 10 of them, and 6-6 is still the result, Lebby should be fired before the postgame handshake in Oxford.

Predicting anything with this team is as difficult as predicting the weather. Being thin at every position (except receiver) coupled with injuries makes it especially hard. I’ll stick with my prior prediction that this is a 5 win team with a chance to win 6.

The same as it was before....shot at 7 or 8. Nobody expected to win yesterday. We're a good team, we're not a great team. This is a drastic improvement on recent years and most of yall need to get out of your Bama feels.

If Fluff and KT come back healthy and stay healthy then 7. Before the Bama game it was 8. Now, the OU game is in question for me. I think we're going to have to score every time we touch the ball against LSU, UT, OU and Ole Miss and I don't think we can do that. And, as bad as Mateer has been, he is going to absolutely light up our DBs so we're going to need to score a lot that game too and we won't without a healthy Fluff and KT.

A year later, we’re 4-1, and we’re on the same 5-8 pace.

I think we’ll beat Tennessee Tech and have a good chance for another SEC win… either Vanderbilt or Auburn.

6-6, 3-6 in the SEC, ain’t a bad year.

Bowl game results are random. I don’t care if we win or lose because they ain’t the playoffs.

Before the season started I looked at the schedule and thought, we have to win 3 of the first 5 before the bye to have any shot at 6 wins and a bowl. Here are are at 4-1. In my opinion, Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, Auburn, and yes, even Ole Miss are all beatable. I can still see us at 7-5.

Doubtful. But if so, then so be it. 50% of P4 programs are “looking for a QB” every portal season.

A coach who can’t do better than 6-6, with a QB of K1’s talent, in YEAR 3, is utterly hopeless. And he doesn’t become any less hopeless in Year 4 with that same QB back.
