Stealing signs? Of course they do
Buzzers in the jersey? No. Thats unprecedented
If that's the case, why are the opposing pitchers beaning them? It would seem other players wouldn't really care?Devil's advocate: everybody does it, they just got caught.

That you know about. Will Clark even said everybody does it. And he surely didn’t defend Palmeiro. Throwing at somebody’s head is just 17ing stupid.
They also had better road record that year than home record. Not an Astros fan just think this has been going on forever and will continue to go on.
Point me to the MLB rulebook where it makes computers and buzzers illegal.
The sign is stolen regardless of whether it's the runner on second, a guy in the dugout, or a guy with a camera in the outfield. It matters not how a batter is made aware that a fastball is coming. Bottom line, he knows a fastball is coming.
Sign stealing has been around as long as baseball has been around. The only difference from early days to now is the evolution of how the signs are stolen. Players will use whatever they can to learn as much as they can to get the advantage.
I'd go out on a limb and say that the % of players that have 1)never stolen a sign or 2) never been on a team that has utilized stolen signs, would be minuscule. Yet, suddenly, everyone is against it.
Do I agree with the in depth scheme that the Astros put in place to do what they did? No.
Do I think they should be stripped of the title and players banned? No.

I hate what the Astros did as much as anyone, but if I’m one of Bregman’s pitcher teammates, in the other half of the inning I’m sticking my fastest fastball into the back of every guy who comes up to the plate until I get ejected.
