The current season ticket holders have a built in demand for their seats if they want to sell them for individual games. They don't want to hurt that demand.

Yep. I very grateful to the people who sell their chairbacks, but I have spent 2 thousand dollars this year alone on tickets to MSU baseball games. That is cutting a really big chunk out of what people owed and paid to the school. It’s fine to sell tickets for whatever you can get for them but not wanting to expand so that it doesn’t cut into your profit is selfish. None of them would ever admit to that but it’s a part of what is going on. To be fair to the people I have bought tickets from, they are not against expanding and are great folks, as I’m sure many other season ticket holders are as well.
