Bilas is a very good announcer, yes a little arrogant, but he does a good job of explaining why different plays worked or didn't work. Who would you want to call the game? So he's a Dookie, big deal.

Can you not dislike announcers anymore, is that a thing? Bilas is terrible and that is my opinion. He has a VERY pronounced bias for his school, he is arrogant, condescending, rude and contradictory on a regular basis. Does he know the game- sure, but he comes across as a pompous human.

Vitale has lost a bit since he aged, but he is none of the above. He is genuine, set in his ways, but genuine.

I didn't like Billy Packer for the same reasons.

The last 2 games he has called involving UK he was basically openly cheering against them. Maybe its me, but I don't like to hear announcers rooting for the other team. Again, just me. Can't speak for others. If he wants to be a MSU fan then go be an MSU fan and let someone else call the game.

Things like North Carolina violated no NCAA rules. Duke's player should have been drafted before Uk's. John Calapari has never developed a player, why didn't Duke get a higher seed than UK?. Good opinions
