He has average to below average talent around him outside of Beal (who might barely be a top 10 SG).I don’t care if he balled out. Did the Wiz win the series? What seed were they? Not to mention in the East. Wall is a terrific talent, but he’s been in DC for 8 years now and nothing has happened. And he’s got decent talent around him, and playing in the East.
Wall seems to be the problem in DC. The players have indirectly said that they have more fun and function better when he’s injured.

W
ll is a younger version of Carmelo. Uoer talented but he's just not a winner, IMHO.
Horrible comparison. Mello is a ball stopper. Wall is arguably the best distributor in the NBA>
This here Wall didn’t qualify because of games played .He isn't top 10 because of missed games numbnuts.
Carmelo isn't a winner because he's selfish on offense, and a horrific defender. On top of that he doesnt even play hard. Why is Wall not a winner other than the poorly constructed team around him?Wall is a younger version of Carmelo. Uoer talented but he's just not a winner, IMHO.
I think this was fabricated by the media. They need controversy to promote and sellWhich players “don’t like Wall?” What makes you say that ? I’ve never heard anything more online gossip and online rumors ...
Wall was 3rd in assists per game 3 years agoUm no. I can name you 10 guys who are better distributors. Wall wasn't even in the top 10 in assist this year. But according to most on this thread, he isn't the problem. His sucky teammates and All-Star Beal are.
Yeah, I saw an interview with Beal that was very complimentary of Wall when he was injured and the backup PG was doing very well for them. Not many guys can do what Wall can do in the open court but like many, I think he settles for too many 3's at times.Wall always gives shout outs to Beal on Instagram, pictures of both of them together and calls Beal “his brother.”
It’s more than just the statsheet. It’s off the court relationships, the players don’t like the dude. If he didn’t come to UK I’m sure you would be roasting him. Not making Wall to be the bad one, but it’s clear the Wiz players don’t enjoy him being around. The Wall/Beal experiment has run its course.
You seem to have a hate for Wall for being a Cats fan. If they didn't waste 26 million on Porter than they we be right there in the East. Without wall they wouldn't win 30 games.
You just said that you dont care that he balled out, he lost. You're clearly a hater. No hate at all towards anyone. I just don’t think he’s a top 5 pg in the league. That’s all.

But Lillard lost, not only did he lose, he was swept by a lower seed when he had home court advantage.Again, my personal opinion, Ball out or not I don’t think he’s better than Irving, Curry, Westbrook, Paul and Lillard.
Clearly you are hating on me. Piss off *** whipe.

Wall was injured and missed 41 games, how was he gonna lead the Wiz to anything? Even when he played he was hurt and had to receive injections just to stay on the court. And Lillard plays in the West and got his team a 3 seed. Again this is my opinion, I’ve been wrong plenty before.

So is John Wall the 6th best pg in your opinion or is he further down the line because arguing that hes not a top 5 pg but is 6th isnt a great argument.
He shot 37% from 3 this year. Westbrook is a bad outside shooter and Paul and Lillard arent know for their shooting either. Even Magic Johnson was a 30% career shooter from 3 and is considered by many to be the greatest pg ever. He’s the 6th best and what he lacks from the top 5 is an outside shot.
