We’re playing the #3 team in the country on the road. Is Sitkowski really a better option? Trust Schiano
Ya this is really the death blow to this debate. This is the 3rd game of the season and we are 1-1. No way would a game against a far superior opponent be used as a tipping point game given the context.

I agree with OP if he pushes his agenda to next week against Illinois. Don't think we should judge anyone against OSU. But that seems to fit his agenda.

People who push this type of agenda after two games will doom themselves to failure by constantly cycling through QBs with this attitude.

You have a new QB, new offensive system and an OL that is patchwork at best with no legit backups. Were some of you expecting a top half of the B1G offense?

Huh? About the QB? Yes, negative based on what I see.

About everything else on the team? Nope. I LOVE Schiano and everything else I see so far.
What you see confuses me cause you mention Indiana as an OK team .they were 17 in country and tbe

Have we recently had a Transfer QB who produced for us ? No
This QB appears no different. It will take time to recruit higher talent level at the QB.
stay competitive.... win 2 or 3 games and that’s a start.

Didn't the OP start this thread stating this wasn't your typical OSU defense?

Boy that isn't aging well at all. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Huh???? Their D isn't as good so far this year and we've had plays wide open all over so far!

We were also at the goal line already if ya didn't notice.

You really are clueless...lol...they shut RU down very quickly there. RU is still under 100 yds of total offense. So not sure what game you're watching.

And as I said earlier, RU can't establish the run to get the offense going. The offense's issues have nothing to do with Vedral at all.

He hasn't played well. May survive because the fumbles have covered up his poor play.

Yeah sure, maybe watch some HS football and learn the basics first.
He's completed a few wide open 5-10 passes. Any D1 QB can do that on their sleep (minus the Ash era of course).

You have very low standards. He may even get pulled this game!

You are pretty bad at the troll thing. Brush up and come back with some game.

LOL!!!! Except they just did and did earlier. You're quite the circus clown!!!!

A mercy series with the defense playing soft coverage isn't anything to brag about.

It's sad that you can't recognize the basics when trying to troll. Please come to the pay side where you'll get your rear chewed up and spit out regularly.

BTW Sit just got that WR concussed.

Nah we are definitely planning a QB change for real. Sorry you don't know enough to see.

You can’t possibly try to keep this going after the 2nd half...Gleason looks to be maybe a little more knowledgeable than you.

Things you can always count on:

That the sun will rise in the East and set in the West.

That there will be death and taxes.

That after every RU loss, at least one poster will insist that the backup QB is a combination of Pat Mahomes, Russell Wilson, Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady that coaches are too stupid or blinded by favoritism to recognize.

Totally disagree with bolded. Schiano is famous for switching QBs.

Still want to go with this satement after today?
Absolutely. They've beaten 3 teams with a combined record of 2-7. They just beat a bad Michigan team who was pummeled by MSU a week ago. An 0-3 Ped St. team who was boatraced at home vs. Maryland! Wow! So impressive!

They are just another team. Just like undefeated Purdue and Northwestern.

Still want to go with your statement after today?

So, in your great wisdom, Indiana is just another team and at this time you wouldn’t consider them top 15 or better?
I don’t know how they Finnish but just talking about them after these 3 games.

So outside of Ohio St. no one in the B1G 10 is any good?

We'll have to see more games than three games to know.

I've said Indiana is decent, ok, but just another team.

Most fans certainly don't think Ped St. or UM is any good this year and they both look awful. You could argue Indiana's best win is actually against us.

And for an outside example of rankings, LSU was once ranked #4 this season and currently looks like Rutgers during the Ash Era.

In 2020, 3 games is almost half the season.
