George Soros essentially admitted to overthrowing the duly elected government of Ukraine in 2014.
An NGO was set up specifically designed to create chaos and finance a "color revolution" designed to usurp the duly elected leader of the country, and it worked.
Viktor Yanukovych fled the country after the manufactured revolution ousted him.
If you do not understand what happened in 2014, you are frankly ignorant about the real truth about Ukraine.

I’m surprised how many people were completely unaware that the CIA were openly sharing intelligence with Ukraine.
Most of the country have no idea that Ukraine is a proxy of the US.
They use our money, weapons, equipment, training, intelligence, etc. The only thing that makes the Ukrainian army Ukrainian, is that they are using Ukrainian bodies instead of American ones. Thats it. Everything else in the Ukrainian military is a US/NATO product.
Ukraine’s military is an army that the US/NATO built for fighting Russia indirectly. They are a pawn on a chess board, and the US/NATO view them as dispensable.
That’s why Putin escalated in 2014 when the US conducted regime change in Ukraine. He knew what the US were up to. He knew the US were planning to build an army on his border. An army designed to fight Russia.

Flashback to 2016, when corrupt US politicians, Graham, Klobuchar, and McCain, were in Ukraine telling the Ukrainian soldiers that the US will provide them with everything they need to go on the offensive and fight Russia.

Russia winning is very bad for the US. Let it drag out. Or give Ukraine what they need to win.
Russia is supposedly a ‘near peer’ enemy. I almost laugh when I type that because their military is overall ****. They have some decent subs but overall they are terrible.
We are getting a good look at how our weapons work against Russia’s stuff. And wearing out their military which is already bad. Meanwhile Russia loses respect on the international stage.
All they have that threatens the free world is Nukes. And we have nukes as well. Difference is - we have actually USED them before.
What the world cannot do is cower to Putin. Stand up to him. That is what Reagan did. Worked out pretty well.
I'm not opining here one way or another, but just remember they longer you fight an enemy the more you teach him. Also , a percentage of the hardware that we are sending to ukraine is going onto the black market to be sold to those wanting US weapons who cant get them from us. (i.e. terrorists).
Geez brother. This promotion is played out. A strong majority of American citizens want this to be over. I do not support us pissing away billions to see how our equipment works while hundreds of thousands are killed doing it. Ukraine conscripting their men daily now just to muster a minimum force. This is insanity. Their is no vital US national security interest in Ukraine. Quit thinking like we are still in the cold war. China is a much larger threat than Russia currently.

What we’re sending is obsolete so there’s less risk of anyone getting the good stuff. But there’s enough commonality to draw conclusions on the current stuff.
That said the really cool features have been removed I think. Like the high tech armor on the M1s.
Russia is no threat militarily. But they do play dirty games. And Putin cannot be trusted. If they take Ukraine then Europe may be next, and we will DEFINITELY be sucked into that one.
I’m convinced most of the Trump Cult members want Russia to actually win because, like Trump, they are scared of Russia.
Which is my biggest issue with him. He’s content to let the US be Russia’s ***** apparently (remember the ‘he’s got nuclear weapons!’ rant at the debate).
China is an economic threat and they are a peer. But they don’t have eyes on conquering Europe. Though the Taiwan situation must be closely monitored.

Yup. We need to get this over with. We don't have the $$ or the time and Ukraine doesn't have the manpower to roll Rssia all the way back. We are burning through our weapons when ending it here and now still leaves enough of ukraine to serve as a buffer between nato and Russia.
On a related note I just read that in the last 15 months in the middle east the USN has fired off more missiles than in the last 30yrs combined. And at.curret production rates it will take YEARS to replenish stockpiles. We need to focus on us.
