***UK vs MSU OFFICIAL GAME THREAD***

[Henogee1975]

This game is being officiated so much tighter then Duke/Kansas, why??

[numberonedad]

Ej hasn’t improved one damn bit I’m afraid

[KyLegacyBBN]

Maxey!!!!

[hotelblue]

the baby hooks. no more please.

[Big BlueBeard]

Hate to say this with all the negatively already on the board tonight, but our bigs are putrid. If they dont improve, tremendously, we go nowhere.

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

Maxey not scared

[STL_Cat]

We have zero post play, but hot damn we have some guards

[wardlow]

Like the fact that they are actually competing, unlike last year.

[Son_Of_Saul]

Maxey has a rare type of of confidence.

I like the post-smell to the three.

[KyLegacyBBN]

If our bigs have any sort of offense ....we will be good

[bbnkat02]

We’re hanging with them and are actually better than they are.

Maxey will be his number personified.

Guys. If we stay with it? We’re going to be scaaaaary.

These frosh aren’t afraid. At. All.

[ZaytovenCat]

Nick and EJ shouldn’t get another post touch the rest of the game.

come on Maxey, you Hagans and Quickley are gonna have to carry the whole team.

[SophiesDad]

30 minutes after tip, 9 minutes played.

[wildcatwelder_rivals]

Our Achilles Heel is, will be, in the middle, IMO. NR and EJ HAVE to give us some point production down low on a consistent basis.

[Himmels]

Catch the ball Nick!! Damnit!

[Crawfords Corner]

Richard's can't catch it and can't shoot it nothing has changed!

Richards is playing just fine. Hes playing defense and rebounding the ball. There is more to the game than just scoring.

[Thunder Mash]

I just got a foul for posting this.

[Lukasz0brzut]

Do we always have to use one of Montgomery or Richards at all times

[fisherscat]

Don’t give up on the bigs.

[MbergCat]

Hate to say this with all the negatively already on the board tonight, but our bigs are putrid. If they dont improve, tremendously, we go nowhere.

Yeah, exactly! We're only leading the #1 team in the country with them doing nothing...

Virginia had no big men last year worth anything

[bbnkat02]

Richards is playing just fine. Hes playing defense and rebounding the ball. There is more to the game than just scoring.

Agreed. Just need him to get a few paint points. Especially when. He can dunk on a guy.

[ck-2]

Don’t give up on the bigs.

Too late.

[kyjeff1]

the baby hooks. no more please.

We keep going to the well down low, but it's pretty obvious our bigs haven’t figured out how to score from there, they throw the ball up with no confidence. Hoping it goes in.

[SpamburgerHamburger_rivals101482]

Nick and EJ haven't made a shot, but they are working hard and giving effort. I'll take it for the first half of the first game of the year.

[ConRay9]

Our defense has the potential to be elite. The offense will come with time.

[ZaytovenCat]

Soooo why is Sestina not getting touches?

Exactly! Let’s continue to give post touches to the two that couldn’t hit water in a boat and not get a single touch to the guy with post skills.

[Cardsstink]

We're unbeatable if Montgomery and and Richards can finish those little hooks. IF. Defensive intensity looks OUTSTANDING. For it to be that good in game one is amazing. This team wants it.

[KyCatFan1]

How any elite big can look at our post players and not see tons of playing time is beyond me. Still makes no sense to struggle this much to get a good post recruit. Especially with our guys that are successful in the NBA.

[jameslee32]

Maxey has no fear.

[Crawfords Corner]

Agreed. Just need him to get a few paint points. Especially when. He can dunk on a guy.

Agreed. I just hate when people dump on a player and ignore the good stuff they are doing. More than 1 facet to the game.

[hotelblue]

We have zero post play, but hot damn we have some guards

i think ej is more often than not going to hit those bunnies. he crapped the bed on those.

[KentuckyStout]

JIMMY WALL

[bbnkat02]

Maxey. WE SEE YOU! :eyes::eyes::clap:

[SpamburgerHamburger_rivals101482]

Our defense has the potential to be elite. The offense will come with time.

We legit are going to win some games on defense alone.

[numberonedad]

Max is our best player. No doubt about it

[SophiesDad]

TF Wall got on? Lol

[Crawfords Corner]

I love Wall, but I want to watch the game.

[JesusCal91]

Sestina saving it under his own basket are you serious

[bbnkat02]

Over sestina a back and no call.
