Agree, I don't hate the team. Their fans and AD are giving them a bad rap and coming across as arrogant, self entitled A- holes. I would love for UCF to get a shot to consistently play great competition every year. I would love to see them go to the BIG12 or another p5 conference. All this back and forth would end. They would be able to prove they are legit or not.

Lmao the way you throw out “like the big 12” non challantly like that’s a legit conference where they can prove themselves haha haha. Kind of like how you guys proved yourself over there lol. So far you guys are bottom tier team in the B1G remember? Oh yeah, but the big 12 is where it’s at am I right guy?

UCF would fit in there, plus it is the only shot they have to get into a P5. Assuming they would take BIG12 any day over the crap AAC. Besides, No other conf wants wants them. Hell the BIG12 has already passed on them.
Nebraska is 50-42 in the BIG10 since joining, but lets not forget 18 of those 42 losses came under MR in a 3 year time span. Who was arguable one of the worst coaches in Neb history. Give it 2 years, and we will see how much of a "bottom dweller" we are.

Is non challantly the negative adverb of the word “challant”? I don’t believe I’m familiar with that word.

But wouldnt' they also recruit better, assuming your hypothetical situation were true?

A lot of this is just how potent the Orlando and surrounding areas (Tampa and Jacksonville) are in terms of HS talent.

There is a team from Florida.....how often do they go undefeated and completely obliterate all their conference foes? There is nothing special about UCF

Thanks @husker2612 now you got me stuck at this simulation site. I'm re-thinking my life as a whole.

Here you go:

FINAL SCORE
10
30
The average score is Iowa (2019): 16.4 - Nebraska (2019): 21.5, decided by < 5 pts 81 times (27.2%)

MATCHUP SIMULATION STATS
Iowa vs. Nebraska
# of simulations:

298

# of overtimes:

13 (4.4%)

(2019)

» Iowa won 111 times (37.2%)

» Iowa won by >20 pts 13 times (4.4%)

(2019)

» Nebraska won 187 times (62.8%)

» Nebraska won by >20 pts 49times (16.4%)

Nebraska wins 20 years straight, and things are put in their proper place. Trolls disappear and actual fans disagree on the team and how it has performed.

I know Im not sure what exactly goes into these sim sites.
Bowls are hard to judge vs Reg season when it matters. I know UCF hangs their hat on meaningless bowl wins, but doing it during the reg season is just different. I would bet many teams go into it with a "exhibition" game mentality. Last year UCF didn't they were out to prove to the world they belonged. They had much more to lose than Auburn did
The problem with this thinking is last year before the Peach bowl, a running back for UCF said “auburn has never seen speed like what we have at UCF”. Then auburn players proceeded to be butt hurt.
Also Kerryon Johnson came back from injury to play against UCF when he could have just shut it down for the draft. He obviously cared about winning
