Agreed. Also...decent first drive by Dane. Crisp passes for the most part. RB missed a huge blitz pickup from the left side on the sack of Dane. Good punt. Defense is jacked up. Hopefully they keep that energy.

Except he completely whiffed on blitz pickup on the sack. But he did have a nice run on the drive. Good vision and juking.

CB #6, whoever that is, is not a D3 let alone D1 corner. Put him on the bench. He's terrible. Also, our CBs never cross over the center. They only play sides...which leads to HUGE mismatches on the outside on LBers/safeties on WRs. Kerwynn thomas should've crossed over to the right side of the field and covered that slot WR. Bad bad bad.

Blue shirt cover a white shirt. It's not that hard of a concept. Memphis doesn't really need the refs help tonight yet the stripes continue to give them calls, like extra yards on spots, etc.

Defense's main problem is the secondary. Then tackling.

Once again #6 CB Williams losses a drive for us because he can't cover and then holds on a huge sack by the Dline. He needs to sit down.

If that's what you want to believe, that's fine. But that's not the reason. It's because he's bad. The facemask was phantom. The holding that got rid of the sack was not.

The execution and talent of Memphis is noticeable. Temple, Navy, Memphis and Houston are good! We need to beat the bottom half to salvage 1-2 more wins.

Well. Dane has looked a little better tonight. Defense, mainly Williams has given up big play after big play. Leutjen with 2 killer penalties...Mitchell with an easy INT drop. Just no talent on defense.

Lynch is 20/28 for 289 yards and 3 TDs. Glad to see were giving our fellow conference mate a push for the Heisman. 387 yards given up in 1 half...If Baylor had our defense it might be hard for them to win games.

This game is proof positive when you wake up and know your HC sucks, you have to cut bait - BB put Tulsa back 4-6 years. A horrible college HC.

The penalty was declined. The refs just didn't say so.
