He was. Herman waited to see if Montgomery was going to take the job before moving on to other opportunities. Herman was next in line for an offer if Monty didn't accept. That's straight from parties involved, and I actually reported it that way as well when it happened.
I do not know which is worse....The Offensive Line or The Defensive Line. The freshman center keeps making the same procedure penalty over and over every game. The offensive line just caves in every 4 plays and the D-Line has problems putting any kind of pressure on their QB Lynch.

What kind of PISS POOR play calling is that on your first series after the half?? Don't they PLAN such things?? Run up the middle, weak pass into the flat (3 yard completion if it wasn't dropped), then drop back and get sacked with no receivers over the middle

Unfortunately, its still a 14 point game so Monty likely keeps Dane in. I want to see Chad run the full playbook the same as Dane and see how he passes. We know he can run.

Offense has certainly been inconsistent, but they do have 28 points early in the 3rd quarter. TU just can't stop Memphis' offense.

True... I'm just frustrated. If these kids had an actual coach the past few years imagine how good they would be. I am frustrated for them because OU, Houston and ECU were all beatable in my opinion.
