You follow the wrong polls

Everyone I talk to is LOVING TRUMP AND THE WORK HE IS DOING
Life is different outside of your little red bubble Pappy and all the polls say the same thing - this man is extremely unpopular with the American people - the most unpopular president in history at this point in his term. The only one less popular was Trump in his first term. He's tanking.

Here are the latest approval ratings released on Trump's administration:
  • Most recent American Research Group polls surveyed 1,100 adults and showed 38% approval and 59% disapproval, a +21 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent AtlasIntel polls surveyed 1,935 adults and showed 44% approval and 55% disapproval, a +11 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent Reuters/Ipsos polls surveyed 1,027 adults and showed 41% approval and 54% disapproval, a +13 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent Quinnipiac University polls surveyed 1,290 adults and showed 40% approval and 54% disapproval, a +14 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent AP-NORC polls surveyed 1,437 adults and showed 40% approval and 58% disapproval, a +18 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent CNN/SSRS polls surveyed 1,057 adults and showed 42% approval and 58% disapproval , a +16 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent Marist College polls surveyed 1,381 adults and showed 43% approval and 52% disapproval, a +9 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent Emerson College polls surveyed 1,000 adults and showed 45% approval and 46% disapproval, a +1 net increase in disapproval.
  • Most recent Gallup polls surveyed 1,000 adults and showed 40% approval and 57% disapproval, a +17 net increase in disapproval.

not sure this is applicable to my post, but OK.

As I see it, for what it's worth, polls at this point are meaningless. The only one that will count for Trump are House/Senate in 26. Trump is never running again, but if he wants to keep his agenda moving forward republicans need to hold both house and Senate. If they do, the last two years of Trump will likely be something to behold (I'm just not sure that will be a good or bad thing)

🚨 JUST IN: Trump administration catches a dual CHINESE-American citizen for trying to STEAL US military nuclear and hypersonic missile detection technology...

...and he traveled to CHINA to support the CCP's military tech development while working for defense contractors in America.

Thank GOSH this guy was caught.

Catch all of the Chinese spies.

He'll face up to 10 years in federal prison, per US Attorney Bilal Essayli's office.

From what I read (and never believe everything you read) he was transferring FOUO (for official use only data. That's about the lowest classification from there is and about 1 step higher than gossip. Now if that report is true, it's likely China had it already. Once you get up to Secret/top secret, that's a different story

Maybe FOUO is all this guy had access to, but FOUO info is a confidence target and a gateway. Gets 'em on the payroll and gets things moving and builds up a base of blackmail material to be used when requesting/demanding info of higher classificatoin if the carrot doesn't work.

This is what i voted for!

modern gas cans are a PITA. I got parts for mine and put my own vent hole in them and got real spouts for them; not the ones that are straight and inflexible with the plunger thingy that needs to be p;ressed down on the edge of whatever you are filling to open the built in vent and allow the gas to flow. Amazing that now I can acutally gas things up without spilling gas everywhere.

All those new fangled fancy spouts they have now just cause you to spill more gas on the ground. One of the dumbest things i have seen in a long while. Thank god for common sense returning.

surely California can come up with $20 million to protect its own residents
That's a pretty obnoxious comment Ned. This was a grant that Biden approved for a badly needed water infrastructure project and Beelzebub yanked it away by calling it a DEI project. What the hell makes it DEI other than its a mostly Hispanic area? If Republicans want people to trust them, we need to see them helping non-millionaires instead of treating them like undeserving trash.. That includes you ftr.

Japan just paid the US 550B to buy down the tariff rates. 5D chess baby!!!

Here’s Trump’s post on this massive trade deal with Japan.

See if you can catch the huge reveal in this Trump Truth Social post.

“We just completed a massive Deal with Japan, perhaps the largest Deal ever made. Japan will invest, at my direction, $550 Billion Dollars into the United States, which will receive 90% of the Profits. This Deal will create Hundreds of Thousands of Jobs — There has never been anything like it. Perhaps most importantly, Japan will open their Country to Trade including Cars and Trucks, Rice and certain other Agricultural Products, and other things. Japan will pay Reciprocal Tariffs to the United States of 15%. This is a very exciting time for the United States of America, and especially for the fact that we will continue to always have a great relationship with the Country of Japan. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Did you catch it?

If you've followed my posts you'll know that I believe the federal government is too big and too involved in what, in my opinion, should be states responsibilities. California has a problem and they are dependent on the federal government for money to fix it? If it's a real problem, they can come up with the $20million. My comment as not meant to be obnoxious. it's just that I look at our system and see taxes collected by the FEDs, money goes to DC (or wherever) a cut for overhead comes out, and then someone in DC determines who is worthy of a grant and who isn't. And remember, this is borrowed money. As many of you have pointed out we're running a budget deficit.

That, to me, doesn't seem very efficient. Why should a state be dependent on the federal government for money? It is/was the same with education. The federal department doesn't/didn't teach one child, make up one curriculum, heat one building, determine one salary in a state school system, but is being dependent upon for the most basic of education funding. How does that make sense? In addition when the feds add strings to the money, the states yell and scream that education is a state responsibility. In my experience, a basic management tenant has been to assign the authority and, where possible, the responsibility to the lowest possible management level.

Sorry if you think that's an obnoxious position, but our government is too big and is incapable of managing large programs and large budgets. Just look at the decades of fraud ,waste and abuse in defense, Medicaid, Medicare, COVID funds, etc ...too big!!

Look at responses/posts on this board and throughout the media. No matter who is president and from either party, during a four year administration there are always instances of government waste and/or inefficiencies. The constant is the "government". Too big and inefficient
