Still not working... Still at home in EB, should I even bother showing up?!?!

When you call the ticket office you are put on hold and then get a message saying "invalid input. disconnecting."
I know, I shoud have done this last night, but never had a problem all of last year...

This is why I still purchase paper NJ Transit and NY Watereay ferry tickets.

I understand the ease and benefit of digital ticketing - for example if you forget tickets at home.
All on board with moving towards digital everything.

But…….at least losing the tickets is my fault and within my control.
If an app is down? Out of my control.

I don't have this problem as I park in a "secret spot" and walk over... But how are people dealing with this for parking??? Guess I'll try the will-call window.

Someone posted this on FB "We were told event staff should accommodate parking if you don’t have your parking pass .

System is currently down. Anyone else having trouble? Hopefully it gets fixed in the next 4 1/2 hours
This app sucks and always has. Apparently it's a nationwide issue. Everyone needs to download their tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet ahead of time or take a screenshot.

lol this administration is the furthest thing from “incompetent.” This is a SITE issue, not a “Rutgers” issue, anyway.
He's not a fan. Pro tip for the screamers. Download your tickets the day before, or preferably 2 days before the game. You can download all of the tickets and have them in your Google Pay or Apple WhateverTheFuckStupidAppleCallsIt. Just a suggestion, not an admonition. Seriously, plan in advance.

Agree it’s not Rutgers fault. How they handle it is owned by them. If it’s an efficient and competent process, nobody will care. Someone’s job is to have a binder titled “event app goes down on game day”. That binder is probably filled with take out menus and receipts for door dash.
Fans should plan ahead and not be downloading their tickets on the way to the game. We got our tickets in mid July. Plan ahead. It was like when we had paper tickets. We put them in the car several days before game day.
