Joking aside, they really should switch to Ticketmaster the first chance they getRU's fault for choosing such an unreliable company!![]()
That shouldn't be too busy if it doesn't work for 30k plus. I seriously have no tickets right now. They just vanished. Good thing we have a 4pm game.Ticket office saying it will be resolved in 20 minutes. If for some reason it doesn’t, go to will call in north end zone. Good luck.
Saying so won’t make it so. What a short memory.Joking? No. Not at all (AND correct)!
Rutgers ****s up again. Why is everything a hassle?
Incompetence is a trademark of the athletic department administration
sk.com also not working. "Server down" messageI went through scarletknights.com as opposed to the app
I don't have this problem as I park in a "secret spot" and walk over... But how are people dealing with this for parking??? Guess I'll try the will-call window.
This app sucks and always has. Apparently it's a nationwide issue. Everyone needs to download their tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet ahead of time or take a screenshot.System is currently down. Anyone else having trouble? Hopefully it gets fixed in the next 4 1/2 hours
There is no reason not to download all your tickets and parking passes ASAP.This app sucks and always has. Apparently it's a nationwide issue. Everyone needs to download their tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet ahead of time or take a screenshot.
Amateur hour. This app sucks and always has. Apparently it's a nationwide issue. Everyone needs to download their tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet ahead of time or take a screenshot.
pretty sure a few thousand fans won't make that mistake again, lol...Why did you all wait until Saturday morning to upload on to the wallet.
He's not a fan. Pro tip for the screamers. Download your tickets the day before, or preferably 2 days before the game. You can download all of the tickets and have them in your Google Pay or Apple WhateverTheFuckStupidAppleCallsIt. Just a suggestion, not an admonition. Seriously, plan in advance.lol this administration is the furthest thing from “incompetent.” This is a SITE issue, not a “Rutgers” issue, anyway.
Probably won't change your angry at Rutgers tune, will you. Plan ahead Smails, and don't scratch my anchor.Well that’s great
You are a joke, right? You hate everything about the team and Rutgers. You are not a fan, are you?You are joking ,right?
No vendors, no peanuts, no e-tickets, don't like the horse, don't like the band. . . . . . .Lol at clueless people blaming Rutgers for this
Fans should plan ahead and not be downloading their tickets on the way to the game. We got our tickets in mid July. Plan ahead. It was like when we had paper tickets. We put them in the car several days before game day.Agree it’s not Rutgers fault. How they handle it is owned by them. If it’s an efficient and competent process, nobody will care. Someone’s job is to have a binder titled “event app goes down on game day”. That binder is probably filled with take out menus and receipts for door dash.
Ticketmaster are scumbags.Joking aside, they really should switch to Ticketmaster the first chance they get
They're all scumbags. At least with TM the tickets are always able to be verified, are super hard to scam, and the system doesn't go down.Ticketmaster are scumbags.
AXS has a good system. They're all scumbags. At least with TM the tickets are always able to be verified, are super hard to scam, and the system doesn't go down.
Did you handle @RUScrew85 's tickets too?I spent 10 minutes downloading all the Tix & parking passes into my Google wallet the day I was notified they were available. Waiting until GameDay to do this is amateur hour.
