Guess we will see...what happens if SF doesn't make it happen? What will be the excuse then?
Make no mistake either : No one outside of Lincoln cares about Nebby's glory years. And yes i know at least you had them right? I'm never gonna argue that Nebraska has had a better past than Iowa, but in today's world they are lapping you at the moment. You Deal with that......
And no one in Nebraska is saying once a blue blood always a blue blood. Minnesota says hello. But you are high if you think our short absence from the spotlight means we are no longer blue bloods. We have played for the conference championship 3 times in the last decade. That means we haven’t been as bad as you so desperately want to believe.
If we have a prolonged absence from any relevance, our status as blue bloods will go away. I don’t doubt that.
But Nebraska still has more wins the last 50 years than any other program. Want proof? Here you go...

And before you point out that article is from 2 years ago, we still had more than 20 more victories over #2 Oklahoma. Even with a winless 2018 so far, we still have more wins than they do.
So quit being a complete and total idiot, if you can, and recognize that Nebraska deserves the recognition of being a blue blood.
Edit: did a little more research to educate you...
In the last 50 years 3 programs have won 5 NCs... Alabama, Miami, and Nebraska.
Not Oklahoma, not Notre Dame, not USC, not Texas, not Ohio State, not Michigan, not Florida/Florida State, not LSU... do I need to go on?
If you choose to respond, do so at your own risk. Your stupidity will be on full display.
