Next year the playoffs expand to 24. Every program will feel as though they should compete for a spot. But Iowa and Kf need to embrace this as a stated objective. An expectation. KF doesn’t measure success in terms of CFP.There’s nothing to buy. It’s a fact.
That's like winning the big ten West and being the sacrificial lamb in the bttgExcept for the fact that Iowa would have been in the playoffs at least a couple times if having had the current playoff structure
We've finished the season ranked in the CFP on CFP selection day exactly 5 times since 2016.There’s nothing to buy. It’s a fact.
Imagine actually being this stupid to think this.... Wow dude
Not sure what you're referring to.You’re pretty much forced to run on 2nd and long a high percentage of the time.
Definitely something that makes throwing on 1st down not as important as people believe it to be.
And all 4 OC's have run distinctly different offenses. Stop with the laughable narratives
Come on man .. with the negativity and calling names … he’s a good man and is very knowledgeable… I don’t think he’s out to bash anyone or anything…I don’t think if he’s been on these boards that long he has anything against Iowa or their coaching whatsoever… just stop the negativity and criticism as he’s a standup Hawkeye fan and maybe he doesn’t see eye to eye with others… just saying! We are all Hawkeye fans and when we start bashing one another it looks weak …let’s gel together and get where we all want to be with a big W… let’s go Hawks!Making a 12 team playoff is simply too much for the talent level we have. It also requires beating the teams you're supposed to, which is something we don't always do thanks to the brand of football we play. A 24 team playoff is much more doable for what we work with.
Eyes of Retard being stupid? Must be a day that ends in Y! Glad I don't have to read whatever nonsense he posted.
