You said this. I’m asking what is up with him?
He’s far more popular with Republicans than Dems due to his positions on Israel, ICE, border security, the war in Iran. He’ll lose the primary if he runs as a Dem in a few years

Do you think Trump will follow and abide by any law they pass to do so?
All this stuff with Epstein surfaced during the Biden administration and they did nothing. If Trump was guilty (he might be), they would have took him out then. There’s probably so many that were deeply involved from both sides that none of them want it all released. You have your Trump blinders on and can’t seem to see that all the powerful people across the world want the truth to disappear.

No it didn't. I don't know why President Biden didn't get to it, but he didn't. How do you figure President Trump "might" still be guilty... but they would've taken him out then?
Even if all the powerful people in the world did want it to disappear, what's your excuse? Why are you being an apologist for those forces? Why doesn't President Trump's possible guilt get more than a 3-word parenthetical from you?

Apologists? I think they should all be locked up and treated the same as if it were me or you. Wow, Trump sure gets your side triggered. The Epstein stuff is awful, but you seem to turn your head at the sex trafficking discussed earlier in this thread. Make it all make sense Datt.

@Ghost of Dattier and @DuckDevil are both sickos. Plain and simple. They give no attention at all to these pedophiles, have said nothing about sex trafficking, BUT, they sure can blast Trump on Epstein. You’re a special kind of sick to be the way these two are.

I agree, release the Epstein files. Let the chips fall where they may.

We see this more and more on both sides but it’s been on full display on this thread. The concern for human rights only when it can be weaponized against your opponents. The acceptance of the Epstein Files as gospel but the stubborn refusal to accept link after link as evidence that trafficking exists in the US. Datt asked for more definitive links, fair enough, but old Boogie even suggested that there is no clear evidence
that trafficking even exists in this country for sure
I’ve actually never heard anyone be so obtuse on this issue. We’ve acknowledged that this epidemic predates the Biden era, that Sound of Freedom was made in Trump 45. Hell several links I’ve posted used pre-Biden data. Once someone is convinced that you’re biased, all evidence is dismissed as unclear or even propoganda. Convenient that, but we’ve all done it.
I think Biden and his admin made a bad problem worse, but I want to see ******** behind bars. Whether you’re a migrant pimping his niece out or some billionaire prick like Bill Gates if the evidence is there.

No, but I’m not sure Trump will survive the fallout if he chooses that route. He’ll be a lame duck at that point and JD and Marco won’t be the only ones looking for the exits.

I don’t know how we can be anymore clear than we have. Yet these hacks backpedal, divert, and twist something that is so serious and heartbreaking. The fact they make it political, or only mention Trump’s name with the Epstein files is beyond disturbing. That’s TDS all day every day.

There’s no sugarcoating it. @Ghost of Dattier and @DuckDevil are sickos. @BOOGIEMAN1914 has made more excuses than speaking truths, but he’s not on the level of the other two libs here. I find those two mentally ill.

We’ve oft heard the expression “ Silence is complicity” on this thread when we weren’t sufficiently outraged to suit them about the Epstein files. Yet no one on the Right here has denied that child trafficking occurred. Hell, Epstein died in jail and Maxwell’s in jail as we speak. The prince formerly known as Andrew’s life is in shambles. Although not in jail, he’s a walking cautionary tale so it’s not as if no one’s been held accountable. Release the files and let the prosecutors sort through it to assess who can be charged and with what. As tragic as all this is, we’re talking around 1000 victims over many years.
The human trafficking yearly in this country is estimated between 50-100k. If the estimates are correct that 25-40% of these are sexually exploited, then you’re looking at 10-30k victims. While the numbers can be debated due to the prosecutorial challenges of sex crimes in general and the monitoring of migrant communities specifically, that’s not generally been the discussion here. It’s been skepticism that these crimes exist at all. If Boogieman has shown an ounce of compassion for any of these victims, I’ve missed it. Caring only about certain victims when it suits a political agenda is not compassion. It’s selective outrage.

Your movie still sucks, and you’re a devoted cheerleader for a man whose name appears thousands of times in documents detailing an actual child sex trafficking ring. No QAnon conspiracies needed to reach that conclusion. It just shows that you don’t really care about trafficking unless it supports your predetermined prejudices.

You’re just throwing out insults now to distract from your own hypocrisy because, deep down inside, you’re embarrassed. And you should be.

He doesn’t care about the fallout. He’s going to pardon himself, his family, and all the people who helped him with his crimes before he leaves office. He’s going to pardon Maxwell as well.

Boy, and I mean it when I say boy, you’re dense and delusional. Yeah, I like Trump. Don’t love him, and he’s definitely flawed. But comparing him to your side? I’d take him eight days a week and twice on Sunday. You and your side are mentally ill.

It’s bad enough that you don’t like that movie. That really shows how pathetic you are. Worse though, is you have said nothing about the trafficking crisis we have. Why is Trump the only name you bring up in regards to Epstein? You let your TDS make you tremble, and lose any ability to be rational. It’s not like you have a high ceiling though.

Serious question for you: Do you wear a helmet when you ride your bike to the job you hate? Bet you like lattes too, don’t you?

I turned my head to spurious evidence. That is being sensible.
My pointing out that you gave all of 3 parenthetical words to the idea of President Trump's alleged guilt before pivoting & pointing elsewhere is also sensible. And you answered it sensibly enough. Thank you.

More evidence to ignore that human trafficking is an epidemic and has been for decades in this country. If anyone bothers to read it, you’ll quickly notice that these stats are from 2012 with a fairly secure border and a CBP who was permitted to do what they’re paid to.

I mean... if you need someone to say it directly, fine: trafficking is bad, mkay?

Kinda peripheral, but... conservatives like to whine that Barack HUSSEIN Obama (never "President Obama," and always with his middle name  ) deported more people and the Left didn't complain. That's because there was security, order, and humane policies in place, including DACA.

Yeah, these two pathetic sickos are clueless. The only thing they have any interest in is blaming Trump, and criticizing a movie. Yet neither have called out the pedophiles.

That’s not surprising he beat you to it since you’ve been a day late and a dollar short for a while now. Since you’re probably still searching or “ looking” for evidence that human trafficking exists in this country, besides the victims of Epstein I mean which you curiously accept without even a hint of reservation, here’s a Swiss based link with no ties to the GOP and no apparent animus towards the Biden administration, asserting that 52% of human trafficking victims worldwide are in the US and that the majority of these are under 18.
Please do us all a favor and read the easily accessible bullet points contained therein and note the lack of qualifiers such as ‘probably’ and ‘most likely’. I picked this one out just for you. Happy reading.

This outfit doesn’t concern itself with the distinction between migrants and non migrants but as other links I’ve shared makes clear, migrants are typically the most vulnerable and therefore the most frequently exploited but sadly non migrants are also involved at a shocking level. **** it’s all shocking.

Uhmmm I know 100% human trafficking happens in the US...trainings and all....especially on major highways especially I95....i know about all, signs and tells and all that....my position was that yall was trying to make it seem like the US government was allowing this to happen to migrants and yes things you linked said nothing clear cut unless I missed it, more rather higher probabilities that it could be happening due to missed court dates and laxed monitoring and checks...thats all....and let's say we are aware and some is transpiring, what is the government currently doing to thwart it and locating children

So you start off by saying that “I know 100% human trafficking happens in the US”. A promising start, but end with “let’s say we are aware and some is transpiring”. Old habits are hard to break I get it man.
As for your question, when you’re in a hole
the first thing you do is stop digging. On the topic of UACs ( Unaccompanied Children) being trafficked, first things first limit the flow, secure the border. Less children trafficked. As for the hundreds of thousands of UAC already here, the UAC Verification Act where Ice and local law enforcement coordinate to conduct welfare checks on children placed with previously unvetted sponsors. 146 k UAC have been accounted for. Since roughly half of children are trafficked by relatives, passing a welfare check doesn’t mean all of these children are safe, but it does mean that they have a stable residence and are enrolled in school if old enough. As you know, school staff is often responsible for identifying abuse and neglect so this is huge. There are other task forces on the state level such as the Florida Grand Jury I’ve already linked that have led to arrests of migrant traffickers. Most of the cases are still winding through the courts.
Trump inexplicably gutted DOL initiatives to combat global trafficking so it’s a mixed report card 18 months in.

More than just “lax tracking”. No vetting at initial placement. No dna testing. If you read the Florida Grand Jury link you would have read about children being placed with human traffickers that were posing as aunts and uncles, etc. Toddlers, six year olds. Of course, dna tests don’t ensure children won’t be trafficked but at least the child is placed with someone they know and is compliant with existing policy. As I’ve noted, 300k UAC’s never received a court date, which means no care plan, no welfare check, no vetting of sponsorship. No assurance of school enrollment. Much easier for traffickers to operate in the shadows. This is more than just “lax”; it’s negligence.

The government allowed it to happen by disregarding the guard rails designed to prevent abuse, analogous to a foster case case worker not knowing children on his watch were being abused by failing to make home visits, failing to contact teachers and medical providers, etc.
