You must have been in a coma for the past week if you think this deal is projecting American strength. This is the most embarrassed I’ve been of a President in my lifetime. Far worse than the Afghan withdrawal, due to the stakes involved. Trump has given the green light for Iran to continue to fund terror proxies and also given the okay for Iran to resume its ballistic missile program so I have no clue what you’re going on about.
This isn’t even a deal yet. It’s us telling the IRGC whatever they want to hear so we get the dust out of there. After that, they have to behave and function the exact opposite of how they have for 47 years to receive $ benefits. Nobody believes they will behave, so it doesn’t matter what this ****** deal says, because it’s based on behavior we all know Iran won’t follow. So afree we get the nuclear dust, if they don’t behave, we bomb them some more, we take out more of their leaders, etc. this will all work out just fine. Don’t listen to the noise. You guys need to be smarter than that. You’re getting manipulated.

2). This war was deeply unpopular. If there’s another round of bombing, it will be even more so. Thanks to the ineptitude of this campaign, Iran now knows they can close the Strait and Trump will insult them on his X account, but the only real consequence will be that gas prices will go up and Trump will cut and run. They’ll just wait it out.
3) The Strait was open before this began. I supported the first two months, but we were always eyeing the endgame to ultimately render a verdict. The verdict is in. We all appreciate lower gas prices and the positive ripple effects for the economy, esp for businesses and lower income Americans, but opening the Strait is a cleanup of the mess he made, not a victory. Itan benefits from an open strait financially as much as anyone.
4) You lost me at Lord’s of London. Guess it was over my head.
Good to have you back yoda.
You see it’s these kinds of comments that show you’ve listened too such to the nonsense media. these war planners on all sides do war games scenarios all
day everyday to see what the other side might do. our military planners knew since forever that Iran could close the Strait. That was NOT A SURPRISE AT ALL. Come on, you’re smarter than this!! Isn’t Duke a good school? I know it’s not ucla but you should be able to recognize the fake news lies. Our military knows every move and countermove Iran made, long before they made them. We weakened the IRGC enough that now the Iranian people and others can overthrow them. Or if not, they’re weakened beyond measure, and rest assured Israel will continue to bomb them until they’re done. Toast. Trump did what he had to do, now time to bring gas prices down, and help the global economies. No worries. It’s going to be ok. Don’t listen to the media nonsense. They’re paid to say what they’re saying.

“At this point they’re not defending themselves, they’re just attacking and attacking”. This is a common narrative, but is it based in reality? Are you aware that since Oct 7, Hamas has fired an estimated 19,000 rockets into Israel, most targeted at civilians? How many would it take for Israel to have a right to defend itself? 30,000? 100,000? Most of these rockets were fired from apt buildings, schools, hospitals, etc.

“For years and years”. It was two years, and as mentioned previously and rarely covered by the media, Hamas was lobbing rockets into Israel for the entirety of this time. If Hamas, the elected government of Gaza, at any time released the hostages and stopping firing at Israel, the Idf would have stopped bombing.
hamas has been being attacked and justifiably so for years now, and aren’t gone. That’s a forever war. And their whole region is a parking lot. It’s devastated. Who was helped by that? And Netanyahu allowed that attack on an Israel as justification to go in and bomb them to heck.

Netanyahu has certainly benefited from the war politically no doubt, but if you’re going to libel him in that way, evidence would be good, some might even say required.

He’s bombing everyone and even my Israeli friends from Israel are saying, WTF? Enough already. Obviously he amd Ukraine president want wars to keep going because the moment they end these clowns get voted out of office.
