Considering the source, I wouldn’t have it any other way. As long as you disagree, then I definitely know I’m on the correct side of thinking.

You and your pedo pal Datt really have hit it off.

“The interviewing agents asked to provide additional details regarding her first interaction with DONALD TRUMP when she was approximately 13 to 15 years old, in either New York or New Jersey, and while also in the company of JEFFREY EPSTEIN. Clarified that when she previously said TRUMP struck her after she bit him on the *****, she provided further details that he, "pulled [her] hair and punched [her] on the side of [her] head."

While allegations are not convictions, this should be far more concerning than a fictionalized account of the work of a self-promoting & dishonest govt agent.

And in this particular instance, one of many that are detailed in the files, the FBI deemed this witness credible enough to conduct four separate interviews with them.

Yes, of course the simplest form of empathy is when you have gone through the exact same thing. Imagine if we had to have a personal connection to every person or group of people in order to have empathy for them. We'd never make any progress. We'd stop with stupid comments about childless cat ladies having no stake in our country. Do you want to heal divides or just circle the wagons?

How else can you learn to relate? You consciously work at it until it's a habit. You develop empathy through education and exposure to others without judging them. That's where small town conservatives are lacking. It's challenging and it forces you to grow.
“Exposure to others without judging them”. Then in the very next post you proceed to share blanket assumptions about roughly half the country. Good stuff.

Sure is weird how some people prefer a fictionalized account of fighting sex trafficking and all the righteous feels they get from it over actually advocating for investigating a current and ongoing scandal.
He doesn’t really care about trafficking or the people who suffer from it. It’s a convenient issue for him and people like him to broadly paint all immigrants as evil, less than human, and unworthy of basic, humane treatment.

Going back to President Reagan, the annual budget deficit has grown astronomically under every GOP President and been reduced under every Democratic President.

Great talking point, but unfortunately a complete lie. Oh no I’m changing the subject from the Epstein files!

Sounds like the whole intolerance-of-intolerance-is-also-intolerance fallacy.
Sorry if you feel judged. I don't judge people for their lack of exposure to things.

Everyone on this board has used the trafficking issue to their side’s benefit. Only one side has pretended that it didn’t exist however and is still slyly casting doubt on whether it’s an epidemic or not.

I know why you do what you do, but I don't believe any of these type pics, videos...you post. They are done by people who hate Trump, so there's a major bias, and they've probably been doctored. I have been clear about the Epstein files, and I've said MULTIPLE TIMES I wish they'd release them, but like a mad woman, you keep saying the same thing over and over and over. Wait, are you a woman?

Anyway, even though I think you're very misguided, have had too much education but not enough real world experience... Your thinking is very warped, but some of it isn't your fault. You've been conditioned. You probably also struggle with friendships, might feel like a loner... it's all good though. As you age, hopefully maturity will follow.

I want you to really think hard before answering this. You act like this country was a smooth sailing ship before Trump came along. You should talk to older, mature people. I'm being serious. Look at Datt and me. We are both about the same age. These same type arguments have been going on for decades. When Republicans have control, the Dems complain, and vice versa.

As much as I believe @Ghost of Dattier, @BOOGIEMAN1914, and you are all delusional, you aren't the enemy. The enemy is the 'power' players that get their hooks into DC.

Going back to college and beyond college, the most intolerant I came across tended to come from urban areas or suburbia. Those from rural areas were generally more curious and humble to learn. Those from urban areas may have been exposed to greater racial and religious diversity, but obviously come with a different set of prejudices that’s no less harmful.

I have observed that close proximity can cause increased tensions and a veritable powder keg. Either way, it's anecdotal. I stand by what I said about the development of empathy, both that it requires a conscious effort beyond what is immediately relatable and that being educated and exposed to diversity helps it grow.

Only one side is using a highly fictionalized account of a disgraced former operator to get all worked up into a performative lather about it. Well, one person, I should say.

You’ve reduced our concerns about children trafficked in this country into an odd discussion re how much creative liberty a production crew took in the creation of a movie based on a true story. You accuse Mac of being obsessed with it, but y’all are the ones who keep circling back to it.

Geez Louise....human trafficking is REAL and is a thing...NOBODY said it doesn't exist, I only questioned the validity of the assertions that its govt sponsored due to failed procedures and protocols and that those said failures don't automatically mean getting trafficked is a result

My information came from before the completion of President Biden's term:
Reagan- +94%
GHW Bush- +67%
GW Bush- +1,204%
Trump (#45)- +317%

Clinton- -150%
Obama- -53%

"Complete lie"? I think not.

What's wrong with you? Why wouldn't people who are "evil to the bone" and "just as bad as pedophiles" be your enemy?
You're partially right. You've been indoctrinated. It's made you delusional, and unable to even want to use logic. And now you're most likely too far gone. Your tune would change if your side changed. But I won't hold my breath for either happening. The argument can be made that you appeared softer on the real issue, instead choosing to nitpick the quality of the movie. A level headed person would never have done what you did, so you've earned the label as 'Pedo Defender.'

You said under every Dem pres so yeh I stand by what I said. Iirc Biden’s first year spending went down then rose in subsequent years to the point that the budget deficit had doubled from first year to last.

Hypocrisy much?

Don't worry. I have enough class not to call you that in return.
Wait a minute. You're telling me that things posted on the internet are all true? Or only when it's damaging to Trump and Republicans. Oh, gotcha. Do you believe everything you read?

Just because you can spell class doesn't mean you have it.

By your logic, yes. After all, skepticism about a highly fictionalized account of a disgraced former govt agent makes one just as bad as a pedophile. Why wouldn't an official FBI document from President Trump's first term?

There's a huge difference between accurately calling a movie "highly fictionalized" and "I don't believe any of these type pics, videos...you post. They are done by people who hate Trump, so there's a major bias, and they've probably been doctored."

Go ahead and tell us how you want all the Epstein Files released again.

Now "it's conservatives only care when it's someone they know or go through something directly line." Coming from our resident all knowing. What a bunch of garbage.

Most people develop empathy from going through 'stuff.' How else can you learn to either relate, or feel for someone who's dealing with something? Can someone who overcame being an alcoholic relate better to someone who's struggling with alcohol or someone who's never drank a drop? Do you think the idea of human trafficking affects single people the same as a Parent? How about cancer? Which person feel more passionately about overcoming it, the woman who beat breast cancer, or the 40 year old guy whose wife is fine? Not saying the others don't care, but it just ain't the same.

You can say all you want, but conservatives generally ARE more compassionate people. We just don't brag about it like you do.

You're partially right. You've been indoctrinated. It's made you delusional, and unable to even want to use logic. And now you're most likely too far gone. I’ve taught with people like Datt. They’re some miserable people. He will probably teach for 40 years so that he can try to feel superior to others.

Here you go, again. Are all true movies 100% spot on? I didn't think so. Should it discredit the actual severity of human trafiicking. Had you and your two followers, answered something like " the movie was highly fictionalized, but it is a very serious issue, there wouldn't have been the blowback there was.

And man, you and your prodigal son have a major hard on for Epstein. Like I said though, IF the files get released, there will be a lot of disappointed people. We may have to put @DuckDevil in a round, padded room.
