i love what cal has done here and the way he has re branded the Kentucky brand. Players first I like the slogan. That being said does this have a negative effect on recruiting? I read the tweets sent out by the one douche saying if you go to uk and you're not a OAD you're considered a failure. I know this is mainly geared at 5 star players. Obviously that's not true as cal has had a few really good players come here and stay more than one yr and go onto get drafted. Do you feel some guys stay away from us because they don't want the added pressure of being OAD on them? Looking at next yr I don't think green, Alexander, and Vanderbilt are OAD players. Will cal change up his philosophy in recruiting to assure he gets some guys that stay more than one year and not risk them transferring out because they aren't OAD and feel that since they chose uk they are entitled to being a OAD? What are your thoughts? I would like to see the rule changed to either go straight out of high school or stay two years at minimum in college. If that were the case cal may have another ring or two. I also think we may see cal add another 3-4 star player besides the last 3 5 stats we are currently after even though I think young ends up at ok or ku
