I think ND will make it competitive....simply because they are pretty scrappy on the defensive side of the ball.

Actually since Northern Illinois, they have been pretty dominate. And they match up really well against a 2 loss OSU. Howard is not an elite QB. He will struggle and ND is way more physical than Texas.
