Well at least its over with.
We make our run with who we have starting tomorrow night v the Hogs.

In all honesty (ha ha) its probably for the best because his conditioning would be light yrs away and the chemistry would not be there either.

He never showed me much other than a turnover machine.

It is an insult to my intelligence for Cal to expect me or any of Big Blue Nation to believe that Terrence Clark had an ankle injury that has already been out 6 weeks and now Cal says at least 4 more weeks. Terrence Clark has essentially quit on his teammates, the coaching staff and Big Blue Nation. He will forever go down in my memory as my least favorite UK basketball player ever. His actions are beyond despicable!

Chemistry? Chemistry? Are we talking about chemistry?

This season has drifted into the absurd

I am embarrassed to be a UK fan right now. Maybe this is legit but does it feel that way to anyone? Sure as hell doesn’t feel like that to me. Given Cals most recent comments before this about Clarke essentially faking an injury seems pretty clear.

Yes!!! Now Allen, the guy we need to get better for next season, has one less OAD getting in the way. Thank you Terrance for picking UK and - intentional of not - for doing what's best for the team at this point. I hope you do very well in your professional career.

Tears my ***. Why? No reason given. Mystery ailment continues, and in fact, now is much worse than we figured. Maddening. I want to know that these kids are not being held out longer because of our overriding strategy of getting them to the pros in the quickest manner and best shape possible. If this now is a trending by product wh ere this is experienced more and more (twice this year), then "Houston, we do have a problem." In my view, without further explanation, what we have seen with Brooks and now Clarke is an overly cautious protection of two players that never needed to happen. I'm certainly not saying to play them when they're not healthy or to put them at risk unnecessarily, but when did it become "doctors get last and final word?" I have to wonder who or what is the driving force to these injuries that suddenly become catastrophic and take away huge chunks of the season. If we did this for everyone who had a hang nail, we would never have become the winning program we are (or used to be!). I can't even imagine for one moment Dan Issel or Jack Givens saying I have a calf strain and have to sit out. This whole thing doesn't pass the smell test.

4 more weeks? Is this our equivalent of the groundhog seeing his shadow? At least this one feels a little more legit. At any rate it makes no difference on the season. We're out of the tourny anyway. Might as well let him rest until the SEC tournament.

"Terrence, looking at your NBA Draft Status, we think it's best for you to sit out until March...unless UK some how makes the NCAAT...then you can get back in there and showcase your skills on CBS for the NBA."

Yeah I get what your saying but what little we have would be gonzo by inserting Clarke now especially a Clarke that would get winded in 5 min.
At this point its best for all parties concerned imho.

He has been out for 6 weeks. No practice.
I guess we could lose by a bigger margin.
