I see your point, but that’s different than the point that I was attempting to make…simply that, by and large, junior high and high school courses are more difficult/taken more seriously elsewhere than in the U.S.
I am viewing this thread soley to determine if the teacher needs incarcerated or an aid to humanity.
You never took the smart classes anyway so not sure why you think your opinion counts.

It is this dynamic...the losing kids, family, and wealth that just makes no sense. Maybe she was ignored, or lonely, or her husband cheated...but then you just find an adult who is also wealthy to have an affair with...I am sure she was surrounded by good looking high status dudes. And then she chooses some weirdo teenage boys. The mental imbalance is so beyond disturbing. It is so common with woman who have successful husbands as well. It’s pretty tough to make sense out of what crazy people do. Smart phones and social media have taken what maybe used to be suppressed fantasies and put them in the news. Everybody can get the attention they crave. Kind of like Superbigfan.

Yep . I graduated in 1982 small class C school. . I saw a female classmate go into the movie theater at a mall with our Pyhsics teacher. Never did hear anything official Or publicly. but he wasn’t in the School system the following year.

That is totally how it was dealt with for years. That teacher simply "moved on" to a new school a few towns over.

And that’s why 99..9 percent of teachers are going to get to nailed for this today compared to 30 -40 years ago. Social media posts.

Texting is beyond stupid as well. You can track phone calls but they don’t provide anything more than circumstantial evidence.
