I would say that 1) the NCAA owns the rights to the banner, trophy, and any facsimile thereof; and 2) as a member institution, u6 agreed to abide by all rules/bylaws/regulations of the NCAA.i'm glad they're making them take it down because screw those guys, but the ncaa doesn't own the arena they play in. how can they make them take it down if it's not on ncaa owned property?

I've been as critical of Pitino as anyone, but damned if he ain't right about this: Not everyone is aware of the somewhat obscure 69th Amendment, passed in secret in the mid-1990s after a meeting between Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich:
AMENDMENT LXIX: No organization, body, or collective of individuals shall interfere in the unalienable rights of American citizens to party with prostitutes, bang loose women on restaurant tables for periods of time up to or exceeding 15 seconds, supply 'health insurance' including in the form of pregnancy termination, treat juvenile associates to lap dances or transfer currency in increments up to $100,000 in shoe boxes or other containers to secure the services of young persons rated in various fields of excellence at a level of 5 stars.

Life,Liberty and the pursuit of....................___________(everyone fill in the blank as they see fit)Just wondering if he cited which part of the Constitution it violated?
His hubris and narcissism simply cannot be overstated.
Well done. [laughing]:clap:I've been as critical of Pitino as anyone, but damned if he ain't right about this: Not everyone is aware of the somewhat obscure 69th Amendment, passed in secret in the mid-1990s after a bi-partisan meeting between Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich:
AMENDMENT LXIX: No organization, body, or collection of individuals shall infringe on the unalienable rights of American citizens to party with prostitutes, bang loose women on restaurant tables for periods of time up to or exceeding 15 seconds, supply said women with 'health insurance' in the form of pregnancy termination, treat juvenile associates to lap dances or transfer currency in increments up to $100,000 in shoe boxes or other conveyances to secure the services of young persons rated in various fields of endeavor at a level of 5 stars.
Hey Rickie boy, the only way to keep a hole from getting any deeper is to stop digging. Just STFU. You’re embarrassing yourself.
The dude is a textbook sociopath
The NCAA awarded the championship, and the NCAA can taketh away.Check out @KySportsRadio’s Tweet:
