You don’t want to look like a Greek God?

Lol it’s not bad man. I think humans are wired to be feast and fast so i eat at about 4 o’clock everyday and then let my body burn the fat the next 23 hours. I started in January on ‘one meal a day’ at about 220 lbs, now I’m at 200. Just started my diet plan I laid out last week. I’m 6’5 so just maybe 10 or 15 more pounds of fat and I should have my 6 pack (I lift weights as well)

I highly recommended OMAD, good for organ health and can essentially eat whatever you want. I just am taking it to the next level
Better to eat six times a day with 300《calories...will keep your body satisfied and burning calories. Take a cheat day . Exercise

Go VOLSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
Kentuckians best avoid Nashville this weekend. The Tennessee trashiness of Nashville relative to the great state of Kentucky is truly shocking!!!! It isn't worth your time or effort to make a trip to this third world cesspool.
sure hope you guys make it to sat.the revenge *** whooping is going to be sweeeeet

I’ve done what Drew is doing. Eat once per day, I’d run about 5 miles and do cardio for 30 minutes.

Gained all of it back eventually.

The correct way is to eat clean most of the time, but split it up into 6 - 8 little meals per day. Live on the banana and veggies. Get used to it and cut your workout time down.

Only way to keep it off.

Wow, that’s a rough go at it. Glad you were able to get your feet back under you

I realize some people are less fortunate, trying to convey a meal plan both easy on the wallet and the gut

Yeah, I was in a rough spot but young. Just got out of the Army, knee surgery, no job due to knee surgery, couldn't get a job due to knee surgery as no one wanted to hire someone in my situation, just a rough patch. There is always a way and someone had lived through it previously so I knew I could. Anyway, thanks

I state sometimes on this site when people talk about their assets. I state I can eat out when I want to. Some take it as a smart remark. I state it remembering where I've been.

I just can’t eat that way tbh. I love to eat a big amount in 1 sitting so OMAD was perfect for my lifestyle

On some Sundays if I’m craving something else, I’ll cheat a bit and have something like fish tacos with broccoli slaw or ground turkey chili. Looking for more recipes to play around with.

And yeah, I lift weights. 3 days I focus on full body/compound exercises then in between I’ll do biceps or chest. Throw abs in everyday. Now that’s it’s getting warmer, I’ll probably start sprinting a day or two a week again.

Im tall so building a lot of muscle is really hard for me so just staying thin/tone is more my style

I agree that’s it’s probably the correct way to stay fit. I’m of the opinion that fasting is healthy and our bodies aren’t meant to intake calories 6-8 times a week. The first men were feast and then fast till the next kill. Personally I think a fast can kill diseases including cancer cells. There’s some research to back it up

Overall, just find what you like and stick with it. Consistency is the most important thing

You can literally reset your immune system by fasting for 72 hours. (You can drink water). I do that periodically (two or three times a year), I eat too much in between but I eat well, just three times as much as I should.

That’s cool BBUK, I’ll have to work a 72 hour fast in this summer.

You are RICH. I saw the days back in Middlesboro I was scrapping up a quarter to buy a loaf of bread (Back when you could get bread 4 for a dollar.) and eat that loaf of bread that day (Maybe two days). Yeah, at nearly 6 feet tall and 153 pounds at that time, I never begged. Did that for quite a while as I had just had knee surgery and was without a job for about four months. Lived out of my car but luckily they had a lot of places to park in that area out of the way back then.

I love BBN but not in Nashville. Picture every bar pack too capacity. The restaurants even worst. Hotels nightly go up from $100 to $250 - $350 per night. Tickets are outrageous and in HIGH demand outside the stadium.

Save your money and go to Hawaii instead. You will have a better time.

I hear you bro. I'd love to be there as well, and my kids are on spring break so they could go with me. But I'd have to rob a bank to be able to afford it. Haha! :D
You’re not doing it right. Break down in church about the UT fan chasing you around town and if only you could go to the sec tournament to forget about it all. Watch that plate fill up [winking]

I’m not entirely sure I understand these personal and cultural jabs at other states. Never have, never will. Tennessee is a beautiful state with great people.

The Vols can eat a $&?!, though.

There are a thousand interstate jokes. "...what happens when you take all of the pigs out of KY and take them TN? Both states smell better..." (I would typically use that one for Indiana, of course.)

We had remote tv in 68 it was hey boy get up and change the channel. Then they would tell me I was sitting to close to tv.

I thought I was the only kid with that issue. Our first color TV was 1978 -- the same time I remember watching my first full UK game vs dUKe. I was the remote control, in all cases, for years... those rotary knobs only went to 3, 6, 12, UHF.

My wife was always small 110 ish pounds. A few years ago she got up to 160 or so. For the last couple years she has eaten 6 or more meals a day. always very small portions. She eats healthy 6 days a week and splurges once a week. She is down to 101 pounds now.
I eat pretty much same foods as her but only 2-3 meals a day large portions. I have never been heavy. My weight has pretty much stayed within 5 pounds one way or the other.

Imagine paying off student loans versus free education for all. Still paying on daughters loans.
Yeah but that whole reality and basic economics thing.

Without you going full on sjw... the answer would be to drastically reduce the ability to get loans. I know you want to cry "but poors!" However the reason tuition is so high IS bc of loans...schools know theyll get their money no matter what bc everyone gets a loan, and they have no incentive to lower costs...however if loans were more difficult theres not enough rich ppl to fill the enrollment for every college in America..thus they have to drastically cut costs to compete for students...with Grants available for the really poor.

If college was free for all....colleges still have costs, and if I have a product or service and some sugar daddy is handing out free money...I say my costs are higher than they really are. That's called reality. Have you thought that through? Tuition will sky rocket to be paid however its funded.

Sorry for that. But theres some free education for you for the day.

Also...right now, with the way things are. I heard the military offers free college.

Have a good one.

As for the SECT I have never been. Always used to wanna go. But for me the older I get the less I wanna go. High priced tickets, food, parking and hotels. But for me biggest thing is the travel long food and restroom lines.
Having said that once I get somewhere I love the actual game being there around fellow UK fans it's all the other stuff you have to deal with getting there is my problem.
60 inch HD tv restroom a few steps away no waiting. Fridge few steps away. Plus no ugly orange fans to have to be around.

Going out to eat was a treat. People take for granted now with fast food joints on every corner but in the 60's a City the size of Louisville had maybe 1 McDonalds. Like you eating out was a big deal even if it was at a burger joint. I remember the first time I ate a Whopper, I was 7 in 63 and I remember thinking wow this burger is enormous.

Used to frequent the Cumberland gap beer store. Owned by the moss family.

I drank a few out of that joint myself. On a side note. I was born and grew up in Michigan but some of my relatives lived in the Middlesboro and Shawanee area there near Harrogate. I lived a couple years at most in Middlesboro and the Gap when I was in about the third grade. I was in the last class of that historic school house. Each row in that room was a different grade. I lived above that old gas station as you enter the Gap. I lived in Noetown a bit too during that time with my grandpa. My Dad was there to find work in between factory jobs in Michigan.

When I was in college, I used to go to Fazoli's and order a fountain drink and eat the free bread sticks. I did it so much that I developed a dislike for them. I had a lot of fun back then though, not a care in the world. Poor is only a state of mind. Life is what you make it.
