GCS_SuperFan, I do like your spunk. I know you said you were going to Ashbrook earlier but I just read you said you were coming to our game on the SP/Monroe thread. Did you change your mind? Or has all the back and forth on this thread got you trying to pull the Storm through tonight?
I meant to respond to you grizzly devil but it’s not worth my time. I had to run to the dollar general and get batteries for my radio.
After all the comments I received in this thread I have decided to switch games and attend the South Point game instead.

South point vs Monroe might be the worst game of the three listed....Monroe isn't used to the redbone

I disagree Madeyn vs NC Is the worst to watch tonight. Unless you want to see Madeyn hand the ball off all night.

Cramer guys congratulations on a good season I know y'all had a hell of a ride and enjoyed every minute of it. I was looking forward to maybe playing you at our home next week always like playing new teams. But it just wasn't meant to be so build on this and we will get ready for hibriten

Games like this one is what makes high school football better than any brand of football. This was the first game in a while that a team was able to match SC's physical style of play. Hibriten has a good football team and did what it took to win. SC had the ball inside the inside the 10 yard line (3) times and only came away with 9 points and still had a shot on the last play of the game to win it. This was a culture setting season for SC. Next years edition will be fun to watch.
Congrats Hibriten. You have some great players, fans, and the coaches had a great defensive game plan last night. Nobody wants to end their season, but that was not a bad game to go out on. I am beyond proud of what our club accomplished in year 1 of Coach Simmons. Good luck in the next round.
Very good game ....i enjoyed it. Both teams were very evenly matched...both coaches did some wtf moments hibriten just did a few less lol. Can't understand why cramer was constantly waisting downs just handing the ball off for no yardage instead of rolling number 1 out who was a baller and letting him scramble more or throw it. Also they should have lobbed it up to number 4 more he had a little guy on him.
In the moment its easy to question but its also very hard to go away from what got you there. The adjustment last night to me should have been to stay between the tackles. Hibriten was very quick on the edges and took that away pretty consistently all night. I said earlier this week that #4 should be utilized more but ultimately they could have won the game. You cant be inside the 10 yard line (3) times and only score 9 points.
I was pretty worried about #4 but he only had a few targets and I think 1 catch.

Both D’s played great and both offenses had a few moments. I definitely think the fog played a factor in it being as low scoring as it was
That was definitely pass interference on number four in first half that wasn't called or at minimum holding I was standing right in front of the play. And dude was holding his left arm....I am glad they didn't call it bc I was pulling for hibriten but that was definitely a penalty. Also don't know why hibriten was running the ball chewing up the clock at the end of the game and drove from like the 20 to across the 50 then decided to call a pass play on first down which killed the run game momentum they had going ....and before half they called a run play around the end which ate way too much clock not allowing them to score before half. Hibritens RB is a beast.
Oh man I forgot about that cannon. That thing scared the sh*t outta me a few years ago when Burns was up there.
