In retrospect, seemingly us and our lack of aggressive to scorched earth lawfare.

As soon as the NCAA started getting constitutional and opportunities punches in the mouth they crumpled hard.

It's pretty amazing the way athletes are treated in America honestly. Even small level athletes in middle school and highschool. Let alone the high level players. Get presidential treatment most of their life.
