For next head coach. I personally really like the offensive scheme of Coastal Carolina's coach. It's like wishbone meets the spread aka the future of football.

He turned down NFL overtures…he’s not coming here
doesn't hurt to offer now, with the big 12 on the verge of losing power 5.
I heard something to they effect we don't have to pay the whole 20 million because of the covid practice

We’re at self-imposed death penalty phase:

“Trev. Time to cut the football program and go all in with hockey.”

I’d look at Gus Malzahn, Matt Campbell, and anyone else with a pulse

Campbell has turned down NFL jobs to stay at ISU, he's not leaving to take over this dumpster fire. The only job he'd leave for is Ohio State.

Malzahn will only leave UCF for an SEC job.

See if Luke fickell or Matt Campbell have interest with big 12 losing OU and Texas maybe Campbell is ready to move doubt it

Jake Peetz OC LSU build staff around him that can recruit Nebraska and Midwest like Mickey Joseph who is receivers coach at lsu national championship team had 3 1st round receivers
Peetz previously served as an assistant coach for the Carolina Panthers, Alabama, Oakland Raiders, Washington Redskins and Jacksonville Jaguars.
So nfl experience

Art Briles. If he can turn Baylor into a winning program, surely he could put out our dumpster fire.

I would be good with that. It is harder to win in Ames than in Lincoln, and he has built a winner there. We need someone that has built something from a mess rather than someone that walked into a good situation. Right now the program is a disaster and it will take someone with a track record of success in similar circumstances to turn it around.

I think everyone expected him to at least eek out 6 wins and get a full 5 years. The whole state, alumni, all of Husker nation was 100% with SF for this hire without any plan B.

Idk where we go from here but it doesn’t seem like he can survive this. Sellout streak is done. It’s just crazy to think this is where we’re at.

Iowa State head coach. He has experience recruiting in your part of the country. He has a long term contract but spend the money to buy him out.

Probably an up and comer we’ve never heard of. Uninspiring at first. Sellout streak dead. But at least getting an upgrade in coaching is almost certain.

I do think the next coach will begin with a better cupboard, and Frost deserves credit for that. And that’s about it.

At least reach out and ask them. They may very well say no, but I’d for sure ask it they’d come for $6 million a year

Who's to say. There's lots of talent that Frost has recruited. All it would take is a top coach to recruit a top QB to come play here. I'd just go all out on Campbell.
