Walking out on Illinois

Yep, kids are really getting big heads with the NIL money at such a young age. There are a lot of good kids, still, but like you said, this kind of crap will only get worse as more and more $$ gets in the mix. Sad, really, as we watch the loyalty and commitment to schools, as well as humble attitudes, pretty much disappear. It's now all about ME and NIL, and with the transfer portal program, there will always be someone willing to take on others' garbage attitudes (some coaches are actually good at managing kids like this). This kind of stuff is going to keep happening more and more. Surprised we haven't "officially" had anyone walk out on UK mid-season. Of course, what Sharpe did was essentially walking out on us.
Well, the Dragon did leave UK mid-season.This kind of stuff is going to keep happening more and more. Surprised we haven't "officially" had anyone walk out on UK mid-season. Of course, what Sharpe did was essentially walking out on us.

That's nothing compared to what was going on behind the scenes since he played at Derek Zoolander School for Kids who Can't Read Good level of competition in LA Private School league. If you only knew everything that happened in Nashville with him.

You were validated quickly. His lack of maturity and game is only surpassed by the circus that is his support system/family. If anyone's seen an Illini game this year, you don't need any examples provided.
Know it wasn't news many here wanted to hear and I had to take some verbal beatdowns from friends, but hope they realize I wouldn't have broken things down unless I had a very very very VERY good reason to do so--and that's with info that is flawless. It's not going to be written/mentioned if it's hearsay. Leave it at that.
I can only imagine the circus that follows him and how they are gonna spend his money. I bet they will have a 50k stripper party with some expensive liquor or something dumb like that. Maybe buy a Car he really can’t afford. Just some kind of Tik-Toc baller thing kids think rich people do. I feel bad for kids that will be taken advantage of in this climate. It’s gonna be even worse now since it’s legal money.Watch that NIL money EVAPORATE as soon as he steps off the court and then see how he feels about it.

What’s crazy is all 3 guards play crazy out of control “ me first” basketballOn the Illinois side this is the 3rd guard to transfer in the last two years
Adam Miller
Andre Curbelo
Skyy Clark
Yeah talk about getting the good end of that deal. I never felt good about him either, then all the HS changes and after his injury he never played high level games. It was a mess.Man, I never had good vibes about this guy even when he kept saying how committed he was. Was never a fan. Imagine if we had him and NOT Cason Wallace. Oh boy.
Well, the Dragon did leave UK mid-season.
The Dillingham kid (and his possee) will have to be “managed “ next year. This kind of stuff is going to keep happening more and more. Surprised we haven't "officially" had anyone walk out on UK mid-season. Of course, what Sharpe did was essentially walking out on us.
University of phoenixWhere's he going?
Fair but at least Dillingham is good. The Dillingham kid (and his possee) will have to be “managed “ next year.
UK got lucky again not getting this kid.
Heard a little bit of the same, described as "Iversoness" in game and attitude, but hopefull all works out great. The Dillingham kid (and his possee) will have to be “managed “ next year.
Yes, but he did not even show the skills to take a chance on the vibes. Very weird.Man, I never had good vibes about this guy even when he kept saying how committed he was. Was never a fan. Imagine if we had him and NOT Cason Wallace. Oh boy.
