If we can blame Cal for botching a kid like Hopkins, then he deserves credit for being able to avoid the bad ones. And he's been very good at avoiding problem recruits.
The Dragon quit on us and Sharpe never played a game. Head back in sand! Or back up Cal’s uh you know 😂
Besides Clark is the one that decided not to come here. Cal recruited Clark so I don’t call the avoiding a bad one.

Diallio was trying to do the same thing as Sharpe but wasn’t projected to go high enough in the draft.

Cal has him on line 1 trying to get him to transfer in, probably. With all the stuff Cal does these days that makes 0 sense it wouldn’t shock me.

I'm not sure anyone else has asked this, but how does this affect NIL? Can they sue him?

I know it won't happen, but they should have no access to their NIL money until the season is over. Have it put in a bank gathering interest and if they quit they lose a % of it. Why should schools and businesses lose out because the kid takes the money and runs?

How would you feel if you got a player to do a commercial for your business and then they quit on their team a couple months later? You give them the money to have the positive exposure. I know I'm definitely not buying from someone who had a player quit on my team. To be fair, I'm not buying from them anyways. I won't support this whole NIL mess.
