220. I have found that my workouts from home are a lot more effective than the gym. Wasn’t expecting that one.

My usual 186-187. Try to walk the beach most days. Really miss the gym, and I'm sure when I can go back it will be lower weights and fewer reps.

What are you doing different?

I’m pretty sure I’m getting weaker. I don’t push myself at home as much as I do when working out with others.

Mostly cause of the Free weights, ( I have from 20 pound dumbbells up to 80’s/ a bench that inclines/ a bunch of specially bars-and a rack that allows pull downs/triceps Ex and rows)
I do more reps and I go longer at home than I would at the gym.
I am going as heavy as I can control them. Way better workout than the gym. I was using too many machines apparently.

I do miss the Leg racks and ab machines though. Hard to get as good a leg lift with wha t have at home.

Currently 223 down from 231 and I have no idea how I’ve done it. Do a lot of traveling for work so I guess restaurant food is worse than I realize it is.

I’m just under 200 and have lost weight. I’ve been running a lot but haven’t been doing any weight and muscle building which has caused a loss of lbs.

208 - weight has ranged from 205-220 for the last 10-15 years. I am 6'3" so guess I'm holding together (weight anyway) for 54 years old. I attribute to the eating a lot of fried food, alcohol, very few veggies, & a complete lack of exercise.

Around 190. Been doing a series of decreasing weight curls. Start with 12 ounces and each curl I decrease the weight by an ounce or two. Repeat multiple times. It seems to be working, the wife is definitely looking better with this regimen.

I have noticed better results from home as well, which really has surprised me. I don't have the same options, I only have a few dumb-bells but started to work in more exercises I would never do at the gym due to limited space. I have been doing different types of squats for lower body using the free weights....A lot less distractions at home than in my gym...talking etc....I'm staying my normal weight currently 200...

Me too. Take 45 minute round trip drive time out. No waiting for machines. Plus the free weights give you a full body exercise. I’ll likely go back to the gym when they open, but probably not with the same frequency.

Up to 218 from 205. Easy access to snacks and no gym. Ordered a barbell and some dumbbells. Hopefully this thing will justify a home gym.

The tried & true diminishing curl. I bump it up to 16 ounces occasionally to really feel the burn.

I'm 185-190. But my new girl is Italian via Boston. She's trying to pack on the pounds.

How you say something not what you say will sometimes get you downvotes. Like for example when someone starts flexin on everybody about how awesome their home weight lifting routine is.

People talk about things they are passionate about with other people having like interests. Jethreax asked me a specific question and I answered. Call it a ‘Flex’ if that makes you feel better about yourself.

In my eyes I was being helpful because he and I have talked about gym stuff before.

I debated buying stuff for the house when this first started, waited too long and everything was sold out. Was able to borrow an old barbell and some weights from a friend, but no rack. By the time stuff is back in stock, gyms will be open. Maybe there will be a bunch of lightly used stuff for sale in a few months.

6-3, 212. Up from 205 about 4 months ago. It’s hard to find carb-friendly lunch choices in a pandemic, so I have packed on a few lbs. Damn you Popeyes.

6'4 and in the last two years I've went from 272 down to 205, back up to 240, down to 185, back up to 240 and I'm now at 230 on my way back down.

Dang. That some swinging. 272 - 185 and all in between. You can clearly drop when you want. What causes the gains? Going no carb then back on carbs?

185 and 5' 10" hovered between 180-190 the last 20 years....

I'm halfway through the 30 day 100 pushup a day challenge. Doing 5 sets of 20 with 1 1/2-2 minute break in between. I run 2 miles 3 times a week.

Was beginning to wonder if I was the only lightweight here

140

Got up to 160 in college when I busted my tail in the gym every day. Gradually dropped to 150, 145, and seemed to settle in around 140.
