I’m pretty sure I’m getting weaker. I don’t push myself at home as much as I do when working out with others.220. I have found that my workouts from home are a lot more effective than the gym. Wasn’t expecting that one.
Mostly cause of the Free weights, ( I have from 20 pound dumbbells up to 80’s/ a bench that inclines/ a bunch of specially bars-and a rack that allows pull downs/triceps Ex and rows)
I do more reps and I go longer at home than I would at the gym.
I am going as heavy as I can control them. Way better workout than the gym. I was using too many machines apparently.
I do miss the Leg racks and ab machines though. Hard to get as good a leg lift with wha t have at home.
Around 190. Been doing a series of decreasing weight curls. Start with 12 ounces and each curl I decrease the weight by an ounce or two. Repeat multiple times. It seems to be working, the wife is definitely looking better with this regimen.

How you say something not what you say will sometimes get you downvotes. Like for example when someone starts flexin on everybody about how awesome their home weight lifting routine is.
Dang. That some swinging. 272 - 185 and all in between. You can clearly drop when you want. What causes the gains? Going no carb then back on carbs?6'4 and in the last two years I've went from 272 down to 205, back up to 240, down to 185, back up to 240 and I'm now at 230 on my way back down.
