I was afraid this was coming soon. Tonight might be the only SEC tourney games with fans.
I feel so bad for all the fans who have spent money on tickets and hotel rooms. For the scalpers....haha
Wow this is crazy! Feel bad for the fans but with the tornadoes that ripped apart that area they really could have used the money for the area. If they are going to keep fans out why not just cancel the entire tourney and make UK the overall champion from the SEC.
Surely everyone will be refunded for the tickets at least

It’s gonna be complicated for some of these greedy hotel chains! Hopefully the right thing is done, but if you purchased tickets on the secondary market (scalpers, FB marketplace, etc) those folks will likely be screwed

A thin silver lining to all of this is how much money crooks like stubhub and ticketmaster are going to lose. I'm tired of paying more for bogus fees than I paid for my ticket.
Stopping a pandemic from turning into an epidemic in a country that is not prepared to to handle such a thing because of its geographical size and massive population not to mention its inefficient government no matter which party is in charge, is not some vast global liberal conspiracy to hurt the president.

I’m of course of the Aubie crowd, but I’ve been to this tourney at Bridgestone a couple of times. I say there will still be several thousand of the BBN that will still go just to hang out. Heck the times I went, there were more UK fans just in the pubs & bars than every other fan base that were in town period. #respect

Still planning on driving down tomorrow afternoon unless the SEC pulls the plug on fan attendance. Might lose my hotel reservation money. Kinda like the scalpers getting hosed though.
