Overall being up 9 I’ll take it! Had you told me that before the game started I’d have snap accepted. We haven’t even shot well but the D looks better today just need to watch the fouls. Go cats!

Pope doesn't need to say that. He just needs to tell him that he’s not ready yet and then give him the appropriate minutes for any player who isn't ready yet.

My thing is why would u not put in someone that is clearly more deserving. All those teams on the bubble, on a neutral court MIami would be the underdog.....and by several points in some instances.
It makes no sense to me to put them in just based on record. They won the majority of their conference games by single digits. They weren't dominant against a horrible conference........on what planet should they get in.

Again there's nothing they can really do about that. They're a tiny MAC school. It's not like they're gonna schedule Michigan st Gonzaga Arizona Kansas etc. Games are scheduled years in advance. They're the only team who can say they beat everyone they played, which are schools of similar size and resources
If they play a 7 or 6 seed they will lose by 10+. They barely squeaked by lots of .500 teams who also played no one.
Who cares, Aberdeen is smart enough not to get 3, and if he does, oh well

They haven't beaten anyone. I don't think some have looked at the actual teams they have played.
I just don't understand how a coach doesn't come unglued on him. He desperately needs tough coaching. He has obviously always been allowed and probably encouraged to do whatever he wants. His coaches have failed him at every level. I hate to keep talking bad about the guy, but he has to change at some point.
He should've matriculated at Woodford County, versus the ego-centric focus at Elite.
That's fine. I have nothing against him. I hope and expect he will be better next season. Right now, with our season on the line in every game, he just needs to sit and learn by watching.

It’d be great if pope had the balls to tell his players to stop shooting threes when going inside or driving is absolutely killing the other team. So many unnecessary force shots especially against a zone. Move the ball and find your lanes.
