White stripe on the helmet, too. Not the dumb ribbon stripe we had 5-6 years ago, thankfully.
The Alex Wilcox decal is a really nice touch. I have a feeling that halftime ceremony on Saturday is going to be tough to sit through.
Stripe looked grey to me...
It’s white. Looks like at least some of our players will be wearing teal cleats too.

PENN STATE stripe for a PENN STATE guy. i bet these become regular.
I did like the MS outline.
But, to both of you, why should the flag be reversed?
I'm confused.
I suppose that's how patches on Military, etc uniforms/helmets are?

I may be an Eagle Scout but our only flag patch was always on the left shoulder. My flag etiquette trailed off after that, & I've always been more aware of actual flag protocol than renditions of it.
Good to know. You learn something new every day.
P. S. A pet peeve of mine are clothes that are made to look like one is actually wearing the flag as swim trunks, etc.
Get off my lawn!**
I've heard the "backward" flag is because it's supposed to represent the soldier or whatever moving foward and the wind blowing it to the person's back.
Doesn't flag etiquette say that the flag is not to be used as a part of a sports uniform?
The front of the flag leads you to battle.

I think you meant to say "It's maroon... that's all... that MATTERS"***
