If Ron or Geo can’t make shots to match the opponent - we can’t keep the game manageable. We’ve seen this script all too often

Our collective offensive IQ is trash. We have no understanding of how to help team mates through movement, both ball and people, and picks, to get open looks.

It's very basic. Yet we can't do it. I would love to see one of our practices. It's constantly like trying to pound a square peg in a round hole.

There is a way easier way to play basketball.
