Blitz- I don't disagree that its progress but Nebraska may be worse then Eastern Michigan.
yeah but we still had chances to win after that. we were up 3 and had nebraka at their 2 and gave up a 98 yard td drive
If you have the horses/firepower any calls against you won't matter. We need more explosive plays... PERIOD. That only comes with more speed and talent. We don't have Grant out there either.
The low expectations of some is tiresome. This is a team that lost on this same field last week to NIU yet we should be happy to play a competitive game? BS ! Ash needs to win ballgames

Any other team would take advantage of a terrible Nebraska team and their QB but not Rutgers. I am sick of us not being able to get the "upset" anymore when we absolutely can. I want to see RU on sportscenter for a signature win. We can not win only being up by three pts...now the game will be out of reach soon. Sorry we are just not a comeback and win team anymore.
Nebraska stinks. They lost to NIU last week at home. This may be their only Big 10 win this season

Your RB are very good. The problem is your QB is absolutely awful. He's no threat to beat anyone with his arm so teams will play to stop the run.
The team is more competitive, so that is a plus. I do question some of these decisions that Ash is making in real time.
Lewis in for 1 play to run is so vanilla and a waste. The fourth down call was horrid.
It seems like M-F Ash is competent, but come Sat., his in game decisions are head scratchers. Combine that with such conservative play calling and you have to wonder if Ash's ceiling is competitive play, losing by less than they used to.

Defense will give up a TD next drive. They are just too gassed from being on the field for the entire third.

Before the game I didn't. As the game progressed, we clearly had a shot but blew it.
Defense if they are smart enough should've forced at least one fumble off of Ozigbo. Dude keeps the ball out and away from him a lot as he's being brought down.
We definitely could have won this game. As I said earlier in this thread, the game was over when we couldn't even move the call with a change to step on their throats.
Our offense stinks.
