Rutgers vs Michigan State / Game Thread

Jerry Kill looking like an offensive genius compared to mcnutty

Gio hasn’t gotten enough reps to know the whole playbook.

[Dpgru]

Gio Is Getting scrambling yardage but, for all the talk about Gio vs Art, this offense is just as inept as the one we have seen all year. Granted, there are fewer three and outs and, because we are running, the clock is moving so our defense is getting some rest. But I don't see where points are going come from.

[scarlet_ty_rivals]

You do know that MSU defense is #1 against the run

And? We cant throw so what do you do? Got to try something. I can remember Michigan having the #1 defense yet Pacheco ran for an 80 yard TD against them. We heard the same excuses against other teams like OSU yet Maryland almost beat them last week.

[Scarlet_Monster]

LOL

This defense, is just sad.

4 guys right there, and no one can make a play.

[RU206]

Need to do a trick play

[RUDead]

somebody needs to hit lombardi.

[OldManRiver1]

Hope Sitkowski was watching...that's how to throw away a pass where no one catches it

[huskersalways]

That’s grounding.

Just was discussed on the Bama game.

[Dpgru]

MSU has guys who can catch. What a difference it makes

[RU848789]

That's an INT!

[Scarlet_Monster]

That's a pick, but MSU is somehow going to keep it.

[OldManRiver1]

INT

[Dpgru]

Hampton caught that ball!!

[RM60]

Hampton!!!! What a play!!

[shields]

Should be intercept.

[ClassOf02v.2]

That's an INT. How will they screw us on this?

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

Now lets see what the refs do. But why say he did not catch it in the first place. Looked good live.. he gave them no reason to think he did not catch it.. but.. late.. they decide he did not catch it. That way, if the video is unclear MSU keeps the ball.

Just first claiming that it wasn't an INT was screwing us.

[tico brown]

Nice pick

[huskersalways]

Dean Blandino is an idiot.

[Scarlet_Monster]

LMFAO

That is how you absolutely kill all momentum.

[Dpgru]

So much for creativity

[shields]

And Pacheco throws a pick.

[CHR2022]

Pacheco looked like he would our best LB right there

[Rufaninga]

poor execution

[Proud NJ Sports Fan]

Dumb play call

[Plum Street]

Pacheco

[newell138]

That's an INT. How will they screw us on this?

They won’t. We will do that ourselves

[Knightmoves]

HB pass by Pacheco for Int?

[Abro1975]

fire ash now

[ajwsc1987]

HB pass by Pacheco for Int?

The old Ron prince special

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

Pacheco looked like he would our best LB right there

early season we were arguing safety or RB for pacheco

[Dpgru]

Our D is actually playing really well. Where was this all year

[OldManRiver1]

Our D is actually playing really well. Where was this all year

Being run by Nieman

[sct1111]

Avery Young is gonna be a star.

[Abro1975]

nomatter how many we blitz no body can find an open lane to qb

[Scarlet_Monster]

Our D is actually playing really well. Where was this all year

Well when you aren't playing an explosive offense, it's a little easier for the Rutgers D to look capable

[Block R]

So we're not the only ones who punt from the 35 yard line.

[Dpgru]

Lot of young guys on D look good today. Good to see since we lose a lot of seniors on that side of the ball.

[BillyC80]

Nice angry tackle by Pacheco on that pick.

[sct1111]

Dumb play call

Disagree. They needed to do something different. Their DB just made a great play.
