More than Half the points (36) are from the 4 freshmen today. Nice.

There will be some pain this season but the future is bright. Add in Young and Mulcahy and we are going in the right direction

Thank you all again for a good afternoon of crying, cheering, complaining and all around being fans

30 three point shots (8 made) and a slow, lackadaisical start. But after waking up, the team did what they needed to do.

Where do guys like Young and Kiss fit in next year? Thats my question. Gotta imagine one of the two wont be thrilled with there minutes or lack thereof next year.

Why even bother to get dressed for the game. Could be transfer material because he has shown nothing and contributed less.

That'd be fine but our last scholarship spot the past two years has gone to Souf and then blank. I'd way rather have a senior, even an underwhelming one, than roll the dice.

Issa isnt going anywhere. If he were to transfer a school would have to use a scholly on him for 2 years to play 1 not happening. Only way he leaves is retirement ala Souf

Not ready to write off Thiam. We still need him to defend and knock down a few threes for us. I believe he’ll come around, and I trust Pike to use him appropriately from this point forward.

Always interesting to watch a game on the phone and not have the ability to post or respond to texts and then read the game thread and sequence of responses.

Maine took and made some crazy looking threes, but lots of work to do with making open shots....missing open 3s or not taking open 3s is not coaching or preparation.

One of the crazy highlights of the game was watching Maine make banked 3 point shots from 25 feet.

When there are talented freshmen coming up, it's a struggle to get PT if you are not progressing. However, Thiam has been going backwards. He's playing like a scared freshman.
He was suppose to be a shooter in an offense that needs shooters. The perfect situation for a player of his caliber and yet he doesn't give us anything. Taking 2 shots only means you have less misses than you probably would if you were taking 8-9 shots. He's had the opportunities to show something and hasn't produced. Doesn't appear to making any progress.
