I don't know that it's on purpose. Sometimes you see things in guys that you bring in because you look for those things.
Well Edwards is working out, but 2 years in a row Gio should have been given his shot much sooner.
Ash seems to try his best to keep the players he recruited in game and hold off giving those he didn't a fair chance until forced to.

I'd love to see Rutgers pressure the quarterback with some stunts, blitzes, etc
George is starting his second game and is taking an extra second to get rid of the ball. A corner blitz to rock him would pay huge dividends.

Gio runs like he's on a step climber

Great analogy!! It would be nice to see some of that up/down high stepping transformed to propulsion on the field. I like the toughness, but they have to stop running him like a RB...and he needs to know when to go down.

Our guys are out of control running down the cover the kick. Three guys in position and did not come close.
