- get the suites built on the Press Box side
- rebuild the old North end to be closer with a steeper pitch to look like the South part
- if possible extend both upper decks in each direction so they have full sections and you can add more lights which are needed
- elevators for BOTH sides

The first part doesn’t matter full or not and priced right pays for itself.

- get the suites built on the Press Box side - Biggest bang for the buck, would be a cash cow. Was planned a decade ago, but the recession killed it.
- rebuild the old North end to be closer with a steeper pitch to look like the South part - much more involved than you think. The current North End Zone is built on the remnants of the old stadium - would need to be torn out and footings put in.
- if possible extend both upper decks in each direction so they have full sections and you can add more lights which are needed - as I recall, each deck was shortened due to the 1994 budget being cut
- elevators for BOTH sides

We also need to replace the scoreboard in the North Endzone with something larger and more functional.

I never stopped calling our stadium Rutgers Stadium. I try not to use corporate names with any of the arenas or stadiums. Ex—Phillies Ballpark, New Meadowlands Stadium, Devils Arena. I think I have made an exception for the Carrier Done just so I don’t have to say Syracuse lol.

Better yet move the press box above the upper deck and build lux boxes along the entire length of the upper deck like on the other side.
Better lighting. What is there is inadequate.
