It's great that he's getting started with his career at Rutgers. But doubtful he sees the field for two or three years.

Can anybody explain 're-classifying" ? When I was finishing my junior year of high school, could I have "re-classified" and graduated?

I remember one case where a dude had reclassified to stay an extra year in high school, and then reclassified again to go back to his original class. But it seems like that's not this.

Just wondering. I know all programs and many kids do it.

Congrats to this young man, and good luck to him at Rutgers...

A lot kids now a days repeat eighth grade and have enough credits to graduate by the time they are done with junior year. A lot of the senior year courses are just electives at this point.
