The burgers are comparable. Both are good for fast food burgers. I find D&Ms to have much more pepper than being salty like some are saying. Overall I would probably give the nod to Runza but that has more to do with me preferring crinkle cut fries over the straight ones.
Yeah, but like I said Burger Only. Can't judge because the fries

Going on a different fork. Let's talk onion rings. I judge a restaurant on their onion rings. I prefer the flacky crispy vs batter

The Lincoln area runzas have cut back the size of their burgers to where they look like Mac d. All you see is bun with a small hamburger hid in there somewhere. I think that is called sizeflation where when prices are rising you cut your portions to keep the price down.

Runza burgers had more beef and now it's all bread. You could cut the top and bottom bun in half and have enough for a second burger.
Yes, whenever someone tries to water down a good product, it is disappointing. The meat and the cabbage need to be falling out after every bite, versus taking a peek inside to see when you might next encounter some meat, cheese, or anything.

As it is, the last 1/3 of a Runza needs to be thrown away because it’s just a doughy mess. Pay six dollars for what should be $.30.
