RU OSU game thread

You rarely look fresh and do well off a draining OT loss....we haven't had a good look at the basket for a long time and the defense is keying on the players that can score.

I would let Eugene generate the offense and see if we can get Sanders and Baker off the ball to give them something else to look at.

Not really hard to key in on the players who can score. We have one.

Building from scratch is easier than what Pikes been tasked with.

Well that's my point he's not rebuilding anything. The pieces were in place he's doing a great coaching job but the announcer keeps harping on what a great rebuilding job he's doing. Everything was there they had a down year and still went 17-15.

28 is not bad for defense. Just slow Diop Bates down and we’ll be fine. Offensively we’re 1/10 for three. We need to penetrate more and sanders has to be looking to kick to give us better options. Put Dadika in to force their player to play up on him because he can shoot.

This team needs about 5 or maybe 6 players out of the program including Freeman which will allow Pike to truly rebuild...basically next year is more like year 1..a chance to get his own players in

Players will need to be forced aside no question as we cannot have roster spots taken up by nonentities

I can't give a pass to Freeman. If Corey and Geo are missing their shots, they're missing their shots. But they are playing for the team. I absolutely get the sense that Deshawn is playing for Deshawn.

The games against Seton Hall, MSU and FSU were legit. Our A game is pretty good, except against a team like Purdue, who we don’t match up against very well at all. However, as good as our A games are, when we’re off, we are a completely different team.
