I would qualify your response. He may have been a creep some 40 years ago. I suggest he was a very immature young man who truly lacked social graces. He seems to have approached young ladies in ways that pst society would question. However, that WAS 40 years ago. He married (and I presume he was closer to his age), raised a family that includes grandchildren, was a successful politician (whether or not you agree with his stance on several issues, and did not repeat the patterns for which he is being accused (and it now appears somewhat fraudulently). One can easily argue that he has had 40 years of rehabilitation. Have we not heard for decades (often from the left) that the tole of the courts is to rehabilitate the offender? The history of Judge Moore sounds like a pretty good success story to me. The same cannot be said for Franken. Several of his alleged acts have occurred within the last few years. Not at all a similar case to Judge Moore.
He was an immature 34 year old assistant district attorney? I'm not buying that argument. This isn't going to trial. The statute of limitations has passed. You'll also note that he's not suing anyone for defamation either, right? You think that might have something to do with not wanting to have to testify under oath about it?

We prosecute people for slander or libel now? That's a civil claim, and Moore is free to file it.

He would file a suit for libel. The state would file a suit if she violated a state code.

It is comical that not long ago when Russia was politically a positive Hillary pressed a reset button and publically proclaimed our desire to work with Russia. Obama accidently promised Medvedev that after his reelection he would have more freedom to do whatever they were scheming to do and today anyone who doesnt conform to the lefts demands has been flipped by russian agents.
