Sledge over Luto?
Sledge at center, Jenkins or Luto at guard. Not sure who wins that battle, Luto was not good but improved under Dana. Also, young dudes could step up also. Who, I have no clue.
Not expecting Corc or Teddy back, nor do I want to see them. The future is elsewhere IMO

imagine thinking the academic calendar has anything to do with football players

LOL
I swear some of our fans think the players still walk over to the registrars office and fill out paperwork like regular students. "Oh shoot, sorry HeismanTrophy Finalist but that Econ class you wanted is full, you will have to take Accounting and that is 5 days a week at the same exact time as practice, sorry!"

If Corcoran starts, we will still have a glaring shortcomings in our line.

He should not be allowed back on the team for god sakes. enough is enough. 105 is hard enough and him and Teddy need to both retire. Both were very over hyped.

Surprised he wouldn’t declare for the draft.
If Spindler was beat out for a starting position at ND last fall, then I would assume that he's a marginal NFL prospect at best. But having said that, Notre Dame does develop some excellent linemen so getting a guy who started 13 games there is an upgrade for most teams. He's got great size and experience, but I bet he's got a weakness or two that holds him back.

Corcoran would be a road grader at a guard spot. I would think that Corcoran would be back for spring ball. He should work exclusively at the guard spot in the spring and maybe he becomes a rotational piece on the inside. Having said that, the modus operandi of the Husker line is that they would (unbelievably) play him at left tackle in the spring because Gottula is out for the spring.

I think Lutovsky played hurt for the last half of the season. That held him back.

Corcoran has never done anything but suck ***

It’s an indictment on our coaching staff that he’s even still on the roster

Ridiculous

Definitely not disagreeing with you, but didn't he start and play in all the Playoff games?

Edit: Whoops quoted the wrong one
Above was meant for this

He was forced into action due to injury.

Yes, he started the rest of the season after the guy ahead of him got hurt. He must have played pretty damn well since the Irish went all the way to the finals.

So I take it this guy can register already at these schools and is considered a student then once he makes up his mind he just withdraws from the schools he didn’t choose.
Hope we get him but the longer it goes the lower our chances IMO

Sounds right. I don't think they wanted him to leave without committing but we'll see what happens.

be hurting himself not to see what everyone is offering.

i've interviewed for jobs not because i was interested in the company/work, but to better assess my market value.

So what acc school is he visiting. I must have missed it
I believe Pittsburgh. And possibly Va tech . Looking like he is trying to find a guaranteed staring spot. Because it started as Michigan and Indiana as likely spots. Nebraska worked hard to get a visit. But now more visits to less traditional schools.
