Everything is now a fiasco. Today's fiasco of somebody lying in regards to whether CAL was at the draft coupled with tonight's fiasco of Dillingham either chooses or doesn't choose UK is overtly ridiculous.

If Dillingham chooses UK, fiasco that we are not getting Wagner.
If Dillingham doesn't choose UK, fiasco that CAL not getting the best of the best.
Typical UK fair weather fans bitching and whining about everything. There’s way too many of those fans out there.

If I’m Calipari I pitch Wagner and Dillingham on what he did with Wall & Bledsoe. Dillingham at point and Wagner at combo.
My guess is Cal knows exactly what to say, and he doesn’t need your help, or anyone else’s to know what to pitch.

Goodness bless your little heart. We've had 1 player do this in his 13 years here and you think it should ruin the expectations for every recruit. Your just looking for reasons to create Drama.
Yeah it was no big deal to have the lottery player we needed this year just not play and and totally make fools out of our school and staff. Yep, good one.

Are you going to dwell on that one instance the rest of your life. It’s over and it’s time to move on and enjoy the team we have this year.
No but I’ll never forget it or let Cal live that one down. We are going to Mars this year. That’s how sure he was coming back to lead us this year. I still think you are also Bassfan and it’s funny I haven’t seen him in a while but here you are still posting the same crap. You and Ed are the exact same.

I wouldn't go where my grandfather was coaching. Back when it was an issue my Grandma wanted me to go to Davidson.

Lots of 18 year old kids decide what to do based on their grandparents. Six or seven at least.
So you don’t think any of this was discussed within the Wagner family prior to Milt taking the job?

My guess is that Payne hired grandpa Wagner because they are friends and he wanted him around, but also with the understanding that he could help with recruiting DJ. I doubt Milt promised he would land DJ. I figure it was a “why not, what will it hurt?” type decision.

Wagner to U of L was done the day they hired Milt. IMO
If that's true, then honestly I'm fine with it. I would like a better older shooter at the starting 2G spot anyway, with Shepherd getting learning-on-the-job minutes at both Guard spots. I think one of Dillingham or Wagner was good, two may be too much overlap in comparison to the type of 2G I expect you could get from the transfer portal. Now, if Dillingham or Wagner were not intent on being OAD - which I'm not sure about Wagner, but Dillingham has left no doubt about - I would probably have a different opinion.

If Wagner comes obviously that’s great but I think Dillingham is gonna be the better player and I completely agree about getting the shooter at SG. The positive is you are gonna have Shep and I assume Fredrick no matter what.

Dillingham is the best layup maker I have seen in years, if his jumper even approaches Kyrie level I see him as the number 1 pick in the draft.
