Hold OSU to under 100.Whoever said, "There's no such thing as a moral victory" clearly never went to Rutgers. What would dictate a successful effort tomorrow in your opinion?
+1Nobody dies...on the field, the stands or the Lots.
Safe travels to and from as well.
I like this one. Make me want to change my predetermined exit strategy. For a little while at least.Convince me not to leave at the end of the 1st quarter.
Now that 50/50 collection doesn't have to be on the day of the game, I'm a lot less motivated to stick around for the slaughter.I like this one. Make me want to change my predetermined exit strategy. For a little while at least.
Try not to get hurt and keep osu under 150 points.
Laughed out loud at these, will be raking leaves as well, but probably in time to catch the game. Wife just told me she wants to do some returns at Kohl's in the afternoon, yesssssssss!Get the summer clothes packed away, rake some leaves
I was gonna say that but, more realistically...keep them under 70.Hold OSU to under 100.
Convince me not to leave at the end of the 1st quarter.
Sadly, realistic goals is an oxymoron.
Our realistic best-case scenario is to lose by 35. But that shouldn’t be a goal.
Congratulations to the team and coaches. They did a great job. It’s not their fault that the program is in the shape it’s in.
My hope is for no injuries on either side (I much rather have OSU win the national championship than any SEC team) and for OSU to take it easy on us, the rest of their schedule is brutal. It is best for them to play their 2nd and 3rd strings. They will still beat the spread with their backups.
Beating poor Rutgers at this point by a million points won't move the needle much.
Well...the first part’s good. They did do a good job. As for the second part, it kinda is their fault (partially) that the program is such a mess. It’s Ash’s men coaching this team, who recruited these players and did a poor job developing them. It’s some of these players who for whatever reason decided they were more important than the team and didn’t play or even switched sides.Congratulations to the team and coaches. They did a great job. It’s not their fault that the program is in the shape it’s in.
Looks like you got them all, except the bonus. For you, let’s call it a double secret moral victory.A completed pass over 10 yards
A 20 yard run
A third down conversion or two
A handful of punts for 50+
Any points
An OSU punt
Force a turnover
At least three of the above would be a moral victory in my book at this point.
Bonus: Greg Schiano riding the horse onto the field pregame. Jk. We all know he’s going to HC at Akron instead.
Wow were you prophetic. Got any lottery numbers lolLaughed out loud at these, will be raking leaves as well, but probably in time to catch the game. Wife just told me she wants to do some returns at Kohl's in the afternoon, yesssssssss!
Actually, just don't want to see one of those 2 minutes spans of time where they score a touchdown, our first play after getting the ball back is a pick 6, followed by another pick six or fumble return for six on the ensuing drive after that kickoff and before we know it we're in the hole we can't get out of in under 5 minutes into the game. I'd prefer a water torture type defeat, spread the 60+ points over the 4 quarters.
